This Taco Bell gets 5/5 for their friendly service! I have been here a few times, but my last visit was very positive. I was DoorDashing last weekend, and I had my hands full. The workers were so friendly in helping me carry my order out to my car.Very friendly staff and service!

I went to this location tonight and ordered a chicken enchilada combo meal with no lettuce or tomato. The person who took my order at the drive thru made me triple check that my order was correct on the screen. I replied that it was because each item that came with lettuce/tomatoes said "-lettuce" and/or "-tomato." I get home to Bentonville and sit down to eat and there is lettuce and tomato on everything! I'm allergic and that's why I ordered it without... Now, they won't answer the phone! They basically just stole $10 from me and I'm fing ?! I'll be finding out who the general and area managers are and letting them know what happened! I'll decide from there if I'll get ahold of Taco Bell Corporate and the franchise owner. This was blatant, disrespectful and potentially lethal! This was ridiculous and I don't recommend that anyone eat here!

The employees could be a little nicer and more productive and the orders are wrong a lot but it a great restaurant

Walked in for an application and abruptly left because the manager was yelling at her employees because she “didn’t want to deal with me” while they had a giant now hiring sign, that is a huge red flag as a potential employee but also a red flag as a customer because any manager swearing and yelling at their employees for something that small really deserves to be fired

I ordered through the mobile app on 9.14 with drive through pickup. When I arrived and gave my name I was told it had come through as an inside pickup. I showed the person at the window it was ordered for drive through pickup and she again informed me I would have to go inside because they are short staffed. When I pulled around and went inside I had to wait another 5 minutes for the food to be made and brought to the front. I get being short staffed but this was more on the last side even for fast food...
