The bathrooms were nasty without paper towels. The the windows haven't been cleaned recently, and the floors were very dirty. We were missing major items of our order. I'd go further down the road if I were you.

I bordered an 8 piece variety bucket and instead of getting 2 or each they changed one of my breast pieces for a leg. They were overcooked and looked like they had been cooked a long time ago. It’s not the first time this has happened here, but it will be the last time I go there, buying from Popeyes from now on.

Very slow service. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to order! They were doing a shift chg and counting drawer. So I went to use restroom, 1 out of order, 1 clogged w poo. I used only one available, then I tried to flush 1st stall, but button wouldn't even push in. I told the cashier before leaving. It seemed like they were understaffed and cashier was making food as well handling the register.

Absolutely horrible. Not too long ago(about 2 weeks ago) I placed an order for about $40. While waiting, 2 others came in and individually placed their orders. Only 2 people were working. One of the workers got on the phone and tried to call in people. Once the food was done cooking, the 2 people after me, with bigger orders, got their food before me. The workers just looked around like they had nothing to do. I've ate at this place for 20 years and this was by far the worst service I've had in those 20 years

This KFC needs better management the wait to order was about 5 mins nobody was around to take our order and our order was all wrong then we had to wait a extra 15 mins after ordering and waiting 10 mins just to get our chicken we ordered white and got dark that was not DONE. I can’t make any of this up it was very sad and the employees definitely had a attitude when I showed her the chicken was not done just over all this place needs to be closed down or ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.
