Food was hot quick and fresh. But no paper towels in bathroom. Toilets clogged. No carbonation in the soda machine.

The bathrooms were nasty without paper towels. The the windows haven't been cleaned recently, and the floors were very dirty. We were missing major items of our order. I'd go further down the road if I were you.

The service is usually a little slow and kinda unorganized. The Taco Bell part of this place is usually not that great but anyway like we usually say you might just have to eff around and find out. Hit or miss!

I bordered an 8 piece variety bucket and instead of getting 2 or each they changed one of my breast pieces for a leg. They were overcooked and looked like they had been cooked a long time ago. It’s not the first time this has happened here, but it will be the last time I go there, buying from Popeyes from now on.
This is the worst KFC I've ever been to I brought a 2 piece dinner and the chicken was old,hard and dry. The biscuit was hard as a brick.

Very slow service. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to order! They were doing a shift chg and counting drawer. So I went to use restroom, 1 out of order, 1 clogged w poo. I used only one available, then I tried to flush 1st stall, but button wouldn't even push in. I told the cashier before leaving. It seemed like they were understaffed and cashier was making food as well handling the register.
