No explanation needed . This mornings morning crew, and whoever the managers that were there all need to just leave. Unsatisfying hearing manager's mistreat crew. Never walking in that rude McDonald’s again, they might’ve not been talking to me but even I felt offended by the managements attitude. 🤷🏽♂️

This genuinely has been the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever been through. I was just simply going for breakfast, ordered online in drive thru. I got there and the first window did perfectly, the second window had a regular crew member, manager(Karen) and some lady in a Red Shirt. Very rude to crew and it gave horrible vibes seeing her yell at the crew the way she did in front of customers. When I finally told the crew member my order, she tried giving me my doctor pepper which looked flat, she then looked over at red shirt and asked about the soda, she then yelled “give or sell it to them!” The lady looked and me and I said I didn’t want the Coca-Cola, and I want her name. She said very quietly “Jamie” and I couldn’t hear the last name. If I could get into contact with the owners would be helpful. Also will be talking to corporate and asking as many questions as possible. I shouldn’t have to go to these lengths over a simple soda. And to note when I received the soda I couldn’t drink it, it had no ice(I didn’t order no ice) and was not full at all. I also witnessed the employees acting startled when I asked for the red shirts name, unacceptable. They should not be afraid to give out their boss’s name and put them in the front lines when they mess up.

Spicy McChicken was hot and crispy which is what matters most to me. Ready within 2 minutes, bathrooms were freshly cleaned.

I'll start with the people that are working there are super friendly. However you better check your bag before you leave because I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and I got a piece of sausage on two pieces of bread. I use the coupon in the app for the two dollar breakfast sandwich and paid more for this than it would have cost if I would have just paid for it as a sausage McMuffin

People rude looked right thru the customers as if they wasn't there even tho everyone up front saw someone standing there needing to be waited on they were not acknowledge until they stood there a good 5 minutes or so it was like well they ain't leaving I guess I gotta wait on them had to find a table that didn't have food crumbs on it so we could sit and eat they really needed to leave their disagreements on the other side of the door instead of yelling and arguing across the food slide to the point it seemed they were gonna fight but thankfully someone calmed the situation and there were kids present (good show for them give yourselves a hand having kids think this is how it's done at work) OSCEOLA ARKANSAS McDonald's no more business from me stop the arguments the phone time and serve the customers and clean something by the way the bathrooms need some attention
Wheelchair accessibility: Where the handicap park the window line is right behind that are so when the customer is done and the window is backed up it's just a hope that someone let's them out because otherwise they are blocked in
I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast on the way to Memphis. It is a typical McDonald's and they have the same menu you would find at other locations. I am not a fan of the food myself but it is convenient and quick and this trip was no different in that regard. The service was fast and got me on my way which was the point of the visit. Using the app garners you more deals.

Restaurant is showing lack of pride in appearance and equipment. Example Golden Arches sigh in front of the property has been half lighted for the last 4 years and the McDonald’s sign on the front of the building has been needing a bulb changed for the last four years. Most of the time the ice cream machine hasn’t worked and the fountain drink machine only works intermittent. Sorry for the review but McDonald’s is supposed to be an example for the community

It is so cold inside this location that you have to wear a heavy coat even in the Summer.
Parking: You have to park at the rear of the building because the employees all park up front.
