You order ahead so you don’t have to wait and the screen will say it’s on it way and you still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before they bring it, and no it’s not cause there busy there can be 2 cars in the stalls or 30 still happens 9 out of 10 times.

Apparently nobody here can read. The ticket says no ketchup and mustard and my item had both. Then I requested extra pickles on 4 sandwiches and received exactly zero pickles. Items here are too expensive for these errors. I will never return here.

Typical Sonic location honestly. They have the same menu that all of the other Sonic locations in NEA have. You can get specials and rewards by using the app to order. It is located at a pretty busy intersection so it can take a little more time to exit once you have your order and leave but it usually is not too bad. I have always had good service here and no problems to report.
