Food wasn’t that good at all, the toaster was broken and the card machine wasn’t working. 3 guys had walked out from the ladies not having the change to pay them back. Rude as all get out, seemed like the people didn’t know what they were doing. I wouldn’t waste my time

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with subway. The manager is rude and needs to be replaced and she’s lazy. The bread was undercooked and my sub was horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They really should just close the doors or replace the owner.

Ordered phillyand cheese on Flatbread with lettus and tomatoes online. When went in the girl who waited on me was very unfriendly, and already had my sandwich made before telling me there was no lettus and acted very skimpy on tomatoe slices. I told her if I had known there was no lettus, I would have canceled my order before she made it as lettus is a must for me... no apologies, no response...kinda rude. Don't think I'll let that girl wait on me in the future. Now I guess I go to the grocery store for lettus

Just disappointment. Cold and soggy bread on a meatball sandwich which had little to no marinara sauce. Also got an outlaw, no peppers, no onions, no jalepenos. Just steak and unmelted cheese with the sauce I requested. Wish I had looked before I left, would’ve told them to keep the sandwiches..
Update, tried again to use the 2 footling coupon. Was told I couldn’t use it on steak. Even though I have in the past at the Jonesboro location. I used another coupon(buy a footling and get a 6” free) was told again I couldn’t use the coupon even though I was buying the steak. I guess the other worker could tell I was getting a little irritated, so she “allowed” me to use the coupon for my Philly steak and Italian. The girl making our sandwiches rushed through forgetting half the toppings that we ordered because she seemed aggravated over the coupon. Done with this location. Will just drive the extra distance for the one at loves.

I shouldn’t be tasting vegetables I did not ask for on my sandwich which means gloves are not being changed per sandwich like suppose to in case of allergies. Lucky I’m not one of the ones that have food allergies to vegetables I just don’t like certain ones. So in some that’s cross contamination on no telling how many counts. Also when someone asked for something toasted and you can tell it never even hit the toaster it’s cold all the way through with only a 2 minute drive your not doing your jobs. Do better Trumann

This Mother’s Day afternoon started out great until we were at Subway for lunch and I ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwich. She picked up wrong bottle of dressing and put on sandwich which. When I took a bite I realized it wasn’t Ranch, it was poppyseed instead. I went back up to counter to let them know it wasn’t Ranch on my sandwich which. That is when she became rude to me in front of the other customers and my family. And she said that she can’t take it back and I would have to buy another one. Which is completely wrong for her say. Her a young lady being that rude and nasty to an elderly mother on Mother’s Day. My husband stated that we would no longer go to that subway.

The first time we came here the spinach and lettuce had been out so long it was wilted, I asked if they can grab fresh they said they don't do that. I managed a subway so I know that's a lie. I also have pics from that day. Tonight my husband and I came close to closing time about 945 and they already had the doors locked. We could see them in there but they were already breaking down the bar. The employees choose to be lazy and close early. I'm sure corporate would appreciate the feedback amd pictures.

The Staff here is amazing someone came in and was in a really bad mood and ended up leaving with a string of cuss words staff kept saying have a blessed day and was really calm and then apologized to us even tho she did nothing wrong definitely a five star place

This is definitely a good place it's healthier people are pretty friendly at the one I want to in Truman Arkansas however Sam is anywhere else prices are going up and the sandwiches aren't getting bigger but overall a great place to eat
