Depending on the time you go. I feel that the day shift manager is on point she makes sure everything is hot fresh and service is second to none. The other shifts they need to go to work at some gas station because that's how they act. Your food that you get is cold if you get all that you ordered, second they entertain their friends that come to visit them, rather than take orders to orders and complete elementary level tasks. If you go here before 5 you're in great hands after that go across the street where you'll get your food fast hot and with a smile. Sonic would be your best bet. This place should be shut down after 430 because the management is less than okay. Zero management skills that let's her crew do as they wish. I will not ever go here after 430 period!

Order the festive pot pie meal that came with apple popers but i didnt get them in my bag..the workers were even fixing meals there were chatting , the girl at window taking orders had to go fix my meal ..the others walked off the line ..had one vehicle pulled up waiting service at this store is always bad and lots of times out of chicken

Never have everything in stock. The last three times I have been there I drove off before ordering because they were out of everything I’d ask for. How is a chicken place always out of chicken? And why does it take 45 minutes to go from giving your order to picking up your food at the window. Also… any time I’ve ever ordered tacos the shells have been so stale they hurt your teeth. The people here are also so rude. Customer service SUCKS.

Do not ignore the very poor rating!! Every table and chair leg in this restaurant looks like it was never cleaned, and was in 12” of mud once upon a time. The hairball on the dining room floor was appetizing. The pubic hair and dead flies in the window sill also was a nice touch 👌🏻. It’ll be a miracle of science if we don’t get the deuce coupes in 30 mins after we leave. Thank God I’m up to date on tetanus shots. I dunno if this is from poor management, or if we’re just in Arkansas?🤷🏻

Every time we come to this location after 8:00pm the lobby doors are locked. We see people inside looking at us through the doors. We go through the drive thru and nobody answers the intercom. This has happened on multiple occasions. It’s extremely frustrating. Why advertise the hours if the business isn’t going to be open for business during them?
