I ordered soft tacos and they had a weird taste to them. Water had a yellowish tint to it.

Bought food with the wifey and ended up waiting awhile at the window even tho I’m the only one here. Then when I got the food and went home. Pretty much threw it all up because it wasn’t cooked and did not taste even remotely fresh. Bad service. Person at the window was very rude. Never going here again

I thought I’d give this place another chance after multiple failed attempts. Walk in and there’s nobody behind the counter to take my order for at least 7min. Someone finally came up to take my order and acted like he was pissed off to be there. After taking my order I sat down and started to look at all the trash all over the floor. There was 1 family dining in and 2 cars in the drive thru. They could have easily cleaned up the place or at minimum pick up the trash on the ground, but instead were outside talking and smoking. I understand it’s taco bell but they need to watch Training videos from Chick-fil-A or something. I’d rather drive 20min one way to Jonesboro for Taco Bell than drive 3min down the road to this one.

Food today was stale not good @ I had to go in to get something they forgot. I went there a couple weeks ago went inside with my 2 grandsons, stood at counter 6 or 7 minutes & no one ever acknowledged us so we left. There was several people working it was 4ish & they were not busy. Went through drive thru today because my grandsons Wanted food there big mistake I will never go back.

I had a craving.... This location gave the Dorito Taco a BAD rep. Take the inside. Throw away the outside... My GranDog ate it faster than flash. Dog Treats are too expensive. Looking forward to a better review...

Don't eat here I walked in and promptly seen one of the workers dip there ungloved fingers in the cheese sauce and lick it. 10 seconds later she did it again with the same hand. Needless to say I walked right back out

Multiple times service has been terrible. Went to drive through tonight. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside. Ordered Bell grande. No vegetables at all. Just bland. They need to do better

Drive through had me pull up. Waited on my food for 25 minutes. Turns out, 20~ minutes into my wait they gave my food to another car. After waiting another 5 minutes, they came out and gave the other car the correct food and took my food from them and came directly to me to hand it to me after it has sat in the other vehicle for 5 minutes.
Say infront of the store waiting on my order for 45 minutes and when it came out it was still wrong.

I ate the 2 pack Cantina Chicken Chalupa and instantly got sick.
I made it 10 miles down the road to begin my days of work and couldn't. My gut, that never throws a fit about anything I eat, couldn't keep it down!!! If a cast iron gut can't tolerate it, don't eat here!
I tried calling the store and it said "line busy" each time!
