Response i did email and they pretty much told me to get bent and block their other guests in a busy driveway to make sure they put half and half in the coffee. Ordered a large coffee with half and half and got straight black coffee. How hard was that order coffee and half and half 2 ingredients and it still was wrong.

Large family went the second day after Christmas… we ordered 10 drinks… 10… during the order they clocked out the guy taking our order… we proceeded and the. Only received 9 drinks. We told the lady working and she kept arguing saying we had our drinks… after printing out all the receipts and showing her the drinks she finally realized they made a mistake… like seriously… we just pulled up and ordered 10 drinks and the price we paid the girl wanted to argue?!?! That is terrible service as we all know the cost of the coffee is super expensive… frustrated to say the least don’t act like we are trying to get one over how trashy

Staff is super nice but they can’t make the drinks right. I’ve ordered the same drink at both fortsmith locations with no issues. Super disappointed. Now I have to make a longer trip to fort smith for 7brew.

I honestly prefer perks coffee over 7 brew. I went here cause perks was closed. My coffe was okay. My coffee tasted more sugary than coffee. Wasn't bad but wasn't great.

I ordered a santa cookie mocha. Everything single time i’ve ordered the coffee it always looks like the picture THEY ADVERTISED. I get my drink handed to me looking as simple chocolate milk. Nothing like the picture. Then I get told I have to order it the way they advertised. I never once got asked if i wanted to add chocolate drizzle, whip cream, or sprinkles. Just handed the plain drink over. I will not be coming back here, horrible experience and explanations from the staff.

I stumbled across 7 Brew on a road trip stop, and I'm so glad I did! They have the best white mocha you will ever have! They use white chocolate and I believe dark chocolate, and it is rich and decadent, and I crave it! We take the same road trip about 4-5 times per year, and this is now a mandatory stop! Staff is fast and very friendly too. Please open some 7 Brews in Texas!!!!
