I pulled up to the drive through window the first employee took 5 min just to take my order and got it wrong after another 5 min explaining to her what I ordered. Then about 3 min later another employee took over and had the same problem kept trying to charge me more .

This bk is trash. Everytime I wanna go there they mess up my order or the employees are very rude. I went back with my receipt and they refused me. I was polite. I did not yell. I was very calm, The man there told me to go to another bk then. I work hard for my money the least you can do is make my order right.

My potatoes were cold before I left the parking lot. I have never understood if you order a breakfast sandwich without the egg, why can’t they make sure the meat and cheese are hot. I have to ask every time to please make my sandwich hot. I wasted almost 9 for cold food
They suck every time I go there. I'm waiting 10 to 15 minutes and then they get my order wrong. And the person who works there can't hear and can't take orders, right?
