Every time I go to this location in Van Buren AR the drive thru is the slowest, the older person working drive thru is hateful and rude and extremely slow. The manager never seems to care as well. Love the food but the service is horrible. Time to fire and bring in friendlier employees!

The food was okay. One order of French fries was freshly cooked while the other order was cold and gross. The Whoppers were good and the Oreo cookies milkshake was delicious.
Fries were cold and salty. Chicken sandwich was old tasting, chicken was hard, lettuce was already browning and the bun was falling apart. Wouldn't recommend.

This mainly goes to the one who worked the window (ashley, older lady). Never had an issue here with being able to order without being interrupted or spoken to rudely, being rushed. Seemed like staff was having issues with her too. Could hear it from the window. Also, order was made incorrectly. Missing ingredients to burger. Fries were cold

Food was terrible oil they cooked onion rings need to changed they were dark very salty could not.eat 19 dollars wasted do. Better don't recommend forgot condiment and was waving at two other p and no one would come see what I needed very disappointed
