I haven't tried the BBQ yet but wing kraze I absolutely love. They have the largest selection of flavors for wings. You know it's good anytime they run out of bone in wings at a certain time. The fries, whatever seasoning they using on it keep doing it. I've never tried and can't really pinpoint what the flavor is. It's just good. Lol. You gotta try the strawberry melon, I think it is, drink. It's sooooo good. Highly recommend to any wing lovers, sports fans (NFL season ?), family reunions, parties, etc. Stop by and get you some wings. They also run specials in the restaurant that don't show on door dash. So please stop by.

I called in my order the lady told me 20 min. I drove from townson got there order was not done total wait time 45min. Drove home to eat and my order was not well done like I ask. One of my wings was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. My husband said they don't even look done this is gonna make me sick. 30$ down the drain I'm never going back.

I door dashed me and my family some food. After waiting over an hour and a half for our food the wings were cold and with two combos we ordered fried pickles. Apparently they were out of fried pickles. That’s not my issue. My issue is no one reached out to us regarding this so we got two sides of fries with sugar on them. Our fries and okra came in paper bags that were soaked in grease. When we first called we were told sorry and that was it basically offering no solution. We then began to drink our drinks which were unsweet instead of sweet. I call again and explain we just called and was told there was nothing they can do so I asked for a manager. She kept interrupting me and offered no solution till I asked for a refund then was snarky the whole time. Only one meal out of the three was any good and it was ice cold. Customer service here sucks 60.74 and you didn’t even offer to fix our order a disgrace to the food industry

Online ordered boneless wings 4 ways and all were huge chunks of tender chicken in a crunchy breading. Then they sauced them like they meant it!! Great job!!! ? Grandson and I loved all the sauces while wife and granddaughter were not liking the spicier sauces. Also picked up some brisket and it was all big, thick slices. The mild sauce for it was delicious but the flavor of the meat was phenomenal by itself.

My husband and I are regular customers of Smoky B's BBQ & Wing Kraze! My husband believes that their boneless wings and fried pickles are the best he has ever had. We have enjoyed their BBQ since they were at Lake Louemma! Their jalapeno poppers and smoked deviled eggs are the best!! I have had the pleasure of working with the owners while helping to coordinate the Earth Day Festival hosted by Keep Van Buren Beautiful. They have always participated as a food vendor! Ordered the 6 piece combo, didn’t get my side of Mac n cheese or cup of ranch. The wings were hard as a rock, chewy, and almost impossible to bite into as they were definitely cooked earlier in the day. The chicken was burnt and tasted like unseasoned chicken, so bland. I ordered the Parmesan garlic wings, they literally just pour the Parmesan on the wings to mask how they actually look. My Mac and cheese that I had to go back to the store to pick up, was also old and hard . I literally stuck my fork in the Mac and cheese and the noodles were so stuck together and hardened that the whole bowl of Mac n cheese was on my fork. Customer service wasn’t that great. We sat there for 20 mins while our food was already done, waiting for the teenagers goofing off to bring us our cold food. The manager even yelled at them because we were waiting on our food, that was done for 20 mins. “The meal is ready, they’re waiting in the lobby, why haven’t they received their food yet?” Literal quote from the manager. Disrespectful people, terrible food, and just a bunch of teens goofing off and not doing their jobs. Smh. Also don’t order the funnel fries, they were stale and grease soaked, and the chocolate sauce is literally Hershey’s syrup. And the ranch isn’t made by them, it’s pre bought and tastes like generic ranch? paid $30+ and took 3 bites before I was done. A whole $10+ meal and I didn’t even get my side and could only eat a few bites. Everything is so bland, don’t recommend. Save your money, and time. Had to send my man in to get the right order so I didn’t punch someone in the face.???? SO DISAPPOINTING. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered two 8 piece combos. First one was half lemon pepper half Cajun both dry and there was barely any seasoning on either wings. They just looked naked with seasons on top and didn’t stick to the wing at all. I also ordered crazy tots w/buffalo sauce and I thought it was a wing flavor with ranch on top and I only got buffalo sauced tater tots. The other were Cajun krazy tots and they were seasoned well, however they were over cooked and hard with no potato in the middle. And I also ordered 4 extra ranch 4oz size and did not receive them. When I called to ask if I could come back and just get the ranch no one answered. Granted it was about 5-10 minutes after close but they could at least answer the phone since they had just sent several to go orders out. Very displeased with the quality of food and service. I even left a tip and feel I overpaid for what I received
