Bar service was great but the food servers were inattentive and slow, could seem to stop by to refill the water glasses. Fries were cold and tough with mushy insides, lettuce was old with many brown spots and wilted, burger patty was way under cooked, must have been frozen when it was cooked. Inside meat was cool and very pink, didn't taste right.

Our sweet server Lacey was amazing! We had a very large group but she handled everything with professionalism and kindness. She made sure we were all taken care of. We also were extremely impressed with the gentleman that brought all of our food out to us. He was quick to deliver our food and was checking in on our meal. We love this Chilis and the wonderful staff there!

It was FREEZING COLD INSIDE THE BUILDING. AND THEY WOULD NOT SEAT US IN THE SUNSHINE.
Our server was so sweet and very attentive. I wish I could remember her name!! The food was great and she was patient with us while we were trying to figure out what to eat. Good food, great waitress.
