Colton's Steak House & Grill

The VBHS Class of 1961, along with friends from other classes, had a get-together at Colton's on Saturday, May 10, and it was outstanding. The food was great and our server, Haylee, was top notch! We will definitely be back.

I got a steak and baked potato. My baked potato was way over cooked and so small. My side salad was also very small and soggy. The waitresses were very nice.

My steak was overcooked, the ribs were overcooked as well. Food was mediocre at best. I signed up for a rewards program before getting there to get a free appetizer, but the waitress didn't know about it and said she would have to ask her manager. Spent a lot of money on very poor quality food! I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Hamburger was flat, needed seasoning besides salt and char. One of the 2 steaks we ordered was shoe leather tough, my son could barely cut it with the knife. It had gristle all the way around it. Colton's definitely didn't live up to the hype.

My first an last time here. I put in a take out order. Pushed im here. Waited still no order pushed again. Finally after about 15 minutes I went an got my order. Should of just cancel it. It was awful. Order no mushrooms on my chicken. An there was mushrooms on mine. An I can't eat mushrooms. The steak was well done an asked for med. It was tuff. Like it had been recooked. Food was cold. Thank you for messing my dinner up with mushrooms. Lucky I seen them. Was a waste of my time an money want be back here. An this was my first time. I just moved here. Don't waste your money. Not worth it

The lady seating us was very friendly and welcoming, and that was a good start. The server was also very friendly and no complaints about her. The rolls were great and the cheese dip was ordered was delicious as well. Now my meal on the other hand, left little to be desired. The steak tips were a good portion, but were so bland. No seasoning whatever and A-1 couldn’t save them. I made myself eat them but seasoning would have went a long way. They also were very gristly. The smashed potatoes were great. The worst was the Mac and cheese. The worst I have ever had. It’s so oily and tastes nothing like cheese and is so bland. I couldn’t eat it. My husbands chicken was good and so was his baked potato. If I come back I’m going to have chicken.
