Every time I go to this Colton’s I’m reminded why I don’t like it here. You can walk in and not be talked to for 20 minutes. Sitting at the bar doesn’t make it any faster. I’ve walked out of this place the last 3 times I’ve come here cause they won’t help you but they socialize with people who don’t need anything. If there were more decent places to eat in this town Colton’s would be out of business.

The steaks were cooked to perfection. The fresh hot rolls are amazing, I ate way to many. Steak fries taste like real potatoes. All in all money well spent on an amazing dinner. We will be going back again.

This is supposed to be a 12 oz. ribeye, medium rare. It was more like a 6 oz. tough piece of thin shoe leather, done medium well to well. Super thin, nowhere near 12 ounces, and grossly overcooked. Horrible steak from a "steakhouse." My son ordered a New York. His was appropriate size, but loaded with gristle and fat. We used to like coming here on our way to Missouri to fish a few times a year. Tonight's visit is the last. Server was friendly, but seemed to want to laugh off the situation. Manager agreed that the steak was very thin and way overcooked, and knocked off a few bucks. Not enough to convince me to return. There's a reason the dining room was so empty during the dinner hour. Save your money and frustration and choose another restaurant. We will next time we're passing through.

One star review is for the quality of the steak. The service was good, the restuarant was clean, and the speed of service was fine. Whoever is in charge of purchasing their streaks should either lose their job or be sent to a class to learn how to select beef. The 16oz ribeye was inedible due to grisle. I tried every side of it and only managed to swallow one or two bites before giving up. I had the identical experience at this same location last year and thought it might be a fluke. Apparently it isn't a fluke. The house salad was fine and the fries were fine. The steak was only fit for a grinder. I should note that the server offered to let me speak to the manager, or comp the meal. No complaints there, and I tipped her generously because I can't stand to make people (especially service personnel) uncomfortable. But this particular restuarant location won't see me again.

Was a nice place to eat. we really enjoyed going there. However, after what the manager did last night (FEB 13, 2024 ), we will never return. Additionally, I will tell everyone I know, not to patronize this business. The food for the most part was good. The Spinach dip was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the 12 oz Rib Eye and French fries. When our food came out, I requested a side, of sour cream to dip the large fries in. That side of sour cream is what will lose our business. Our server (Bri) brought out the bill at the end of the meal. We looked over the bill and debated having the Spinach Dip removed from our bill (it was so gross we did not eat it). We decided against complaining and gave a credit card to pay the $79.48 bill. When the server returned, she had several copies of the bill. She stated the manager made her add the Sour cream to our bill. The charge for the sour cream was $0.50. Thus, the new bill was now $80.03. I don't care if the sour cream was $0.50 or $10.00. I wanted sour cream and would pay to have it. So, this is where the problem is. You don't give me a bill of $79.48 and take my credit card and then return having charged my card a greater amount. That is fraud and theft. The manager should have said, it's an $80.00 ticket, let them have the side sour cream for free or go back and inform them of the additional charge before you ring them up. Why must you nickel and dime the customers? We will never return. Your $0.50 charge will cost you thousands of dollars in lost revenue and a constant negative word of mouth about your establishment from us. Our server Bri was excellent. FEB 13, 2024, Van Buren AR
