I really like this place! They play Christian music in the lobby. They have good and lots of options for ice cream. What's not to like?
Unfortunately, we came to Dairy Queen and pediatric plus had every single parking spot in all parking lots. We were unable to park and dine with restaurant.
I pulled up to the speaker with only 1 car in the drive thu in front of me. The guy on the speaker said just one moment please, 10 minutes later he hadn't said anything and I drove off. I will not be back!!! Worst customer service!!! Me and one other vehicle I the drive thru and 3 parked vehicles, wtf?
They have decreased in quality or quantity
I began my order in line at the end of April. Summer has come and gone and I’m still waiting. My children miss me so. Alas, my food! But freshness had long said farewell. This journey cost me more than I was prepared to give,(in time). I suppose I will keep this experience in mind in the future.
This food was amazing, I tried the Brownie Bizzard, and the burger and fries. They got to me in 5 minutes, and tasted really good. I tipped the waiter $20, and only spent $10 for all that I got. Definitely coming again!

My blizzard was not how I asked for it. I asked for extra strawberries and was charged for it but only had one strawberry the entire large blizzard. Guessing if you ask for extra they don't want to do it. This is the 3rd time I've asked for this and it's never done.
The manager in Van Buren, Ann, is excellent to deal with; she is very knowledgeable about helping me with app issues. Also, the food is always consistently great. Ann recently helped me get my birthday reward when I couldn't figure it out for myself. She must be nice to work for because the staff is always very cheerful. I have been coming here for several months and have noticed the restaurant and restrooms are always very clean.
I came in with my daughter and 3 grandkids. We all ordered ice creams. They brought out my daughters and I our ice cream but it was 30 more minutes before they brought out the kids ice creams. Completely ridiculous. Also my chocolate covered strawberry blizzard had only chocolate and strawberries at the very top. It was complete vanilla down below that. A complete rip. I would let this go but this is like the 5th time stuff has happened at the location. We love Dairy Queen and want to keep coming but something happens almost every time.

I went through the drive thru, all good there. Got the food, $45 worth and drove all the way home to see 2 of the fries had a whopping 12 fries, little over 1/4 way filled up, 2 were 3/4 filled up, the chilli cheese dog, bun was hard on ends, chilli was cold dry and looked like it had baked under a heat lamp for a hour. It was absolutely not even edible. We had to waste about 75% of lunch that I spent $45 hard earned dollars on. Please step up and do better.
The food sucks. I was waiting forever without a line, and overall it is just bad. The icecream is the only redeeming aspect.
We want to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Gene Alexander for his outstanding service! When we arrived, the fryers were down—a frustrating situation for any fast-food worker. Having both experienced the stress and pressure of the industry, we could completely relate.
Despite the challenges, Gene handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He stayed focused, did everything he could to keep things running smoothly, and never let the stress show. His dedication and positivity truly stood out!
If we had cash on us, we would’ve given him a big tip—he absolutely deserved it. Gene’s excellent customer service and resilience make him more than worthy of a five-star rating!
Failed to tell us their fryers were down until I got to the window, then got an attitude when she finally decided to say something. Made the wrong blizzard and got mad when she tried to hand it to me and I told her it was incorrect. Didn't offer to make the correct one until I offered to pay for the wrong one and still wanted the original one ordered. Usually we don't have any problems but we made the trip from FS and this time was just really crappy service.
