I’m celiac and was able to eat here anxiety-free!! The employees were super educated and helpful with their allergy protocols, and walked me through step-by-step of how they’d prepare my food. Separate prep station, new gloves, fresh ingredients & utensils, and clear labeling! They went out of their way to make me feel safe ❤️ quick and easy stop off I-40!!!

I love stopping here only once was I disappointed when they didn’t have gluten free bread. I had been driving for hours and needed to eat. I had counted on stopping here because of past experiences and there’s no one else like them in van buren.

Every other location of Firehouse we have been to honors the kids eat free on Sunday National promotion. Not this one. The staff was argumentative when asked about it.
