I love stopping here only once was I disappointed when they didn’t have gluten free bread. I had been driving for hours and needed to eat. I had counted on stopping here because of past experiences and there’s no one else like them in van buren.

Every other location of Firehouse we have been to honors the kids eat free on Sunday National promotion. Not this one. The staff was argumentative when asked about it.

For the first time in years, I am disappointed in Firehouse Subs. The service was slow. People waited at the pick up station without any acknowledgement whatsoever. My sandwich was not toasted or steamed or whatever the other franchises always do. They charged me for garlic toast and extra cheese, which were nowhere to be found. Overall, it was just blah. Thankfully we are traveling and I don't have to eat here again.
