We went there at 11 but doors were locked and they opened at 10.30 .

No fry sauce today. Very disappointed.
This location was not kept clean. The service was not friendly, and if you order a shake, you're going to get favored milk. The shake was completely liquid ( like water). This is the worst Freddy's that we have been to. Hopefully, they were just having a bad day, and they do better, for the companies reputation.

Waited in the drive through for over 15 min at the window, ordered cheese fries with jalapenos got the jalapenos but no cheese, ice was almost completely melted in our cups, the burger had slid off the bun and caused the cheese to melt onto the wrapper making it hard to put back together and while waiting 15 min for the food the teenager stood there holding it at the window having a talk to another employee about her friends being mad at her also didn't get my cheese sauce I ordered and paid for so I had to park and go inside to get it. Very disappointed in how horrible the van buren freddys is considering I've been to the fort Smith location multiple times and have never had any issues.

Good burgers for it being "fast food". I always grab an oreo icecream sandwich. Ill Throw it in the freezer when I get home and split it with the wife layer ....

Ask for ketchup for my wife. No help . My wife was upset had to eat her fries with no ketchup.

Delicious burgers and fries! I love that they offer a lettuce wrap. My favorite burger is the Jalapeño Pepper Jack, and the shoestring fries cannot be beat.

Great customer service and the food was great. Juan took care of me and got my food out unbelievably fast. Everything was fresh. A women named Brianna who looked like a manager actually came to my table to make sure my food was good. I recommend this place to anyone who is hungry.

Went in for ice cream on a 96F day. The food and service was pretty good but the whole restaurant was at least 75ish almost 80 degrees and when its hot even a nice frozen concrete can't help when you're sweating inside! I bet the workers were miserable as well!

The customer experience was abysmal. The cashier completely forgot our concrete, and we were 15 minutes away before we realized the mistake. We drove back, only to be told by the manager, via an employee, that they wouldn't compensate us. The manager didn't even have the decency to address us personally. The employee who spoke to us was kind, but the refusal to take responsibility was unacceptable. I told her I didn't want the concrete anymore and requested a refund, which she said she couldn't process before shutting the window.
We waited to speak with the manager, who finally arrived after about five minutes, during which they lost two other customers. The manager was rude and dismissive. I reiterated that I wanted a refund and would return the concrete. He took it back without hesitation.
There was no compensation for their error and inconvenience, no apology, and a blatant disregard for customer service. It's laughable that they would rather discard the concrete than rectify their mistake. This was our first visit to Freddy's, and it will certainly be our last. I'll make sure to share this dreadful experience widely.
