We had lunch here today for the first time. Everything was excellent! We had the pick 3 with brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends. We chose the spicy baked beans, potato salad and fries, extra crispy, for the sides. There were so many options, it was hard for me to choose. The food came out sooner than we expected and everything was fantastic. Our waitress was awesome! She promptly answered all of our questions and fulfilled all requests. We don't make it over to VB often, but I have a feeling we will be back to try some of the other menu items soon. I want to try the burgers! Thanks so much JC's BBQ!

One of the best BBQ I've had in a long time! The hamburger is like "crack"! We always look fwd when they are open! They are very busy and never disappoints! EVERYONE is very nice!

WARNING! The meat at JC's "Barbeque" is not barbeque at all because the meat IS NOT SMOKED. The only thing barbeque about their meat is the addition of barbeque sauce on the table. THEIR MEAT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS BOILED IN WATER. It doesn't even look like it has been broiled in an oven. If you are wanting smoked meat, you will have to find another place to eat. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not return.

A mom and pop restaurant. No atmosphere to speak of. The service is good. The food is BBQ and good. Good selection on the menu.
Great lunch! I had the BBQ quesadillas, my wife had the Frito pie. Both were hot, perfectly prepared and delicious.

We stopped in for a late lunch. Had the pulled chicken, hand cut fries, and the spicy shut down beans. Hubby had pulled pork, fries and regular baked beans. We both enjoyed the side(I’m a sucker for hand cut fries). I originally wanted the 1/2 chicken plate; however, they were sold out. The pulled chicken was delicious and moist. Hubby enjoyed his pulled pork also. The only criticism I had was the BBQ sauces. There are three options, sweet, hot, or mold. The hot had a very strong vinegar flavor like pickled jalapeno. The mild was ok with a strong smokey. Finally, the sweet tasted like molasses or overly sweet dark brown sugar.
