Wow!! Talk about feeling like you’ve walked back in time! I originally stopped to shop the candy store (yummy candied apples) but couldn’t resist the smell emanating from the restaurant near where I parked. There was a sign outside with their handwritten daily special and I immediately knew it was going to be like having a home-cooked meal. I’m from Spain and I was tired of big chains so I came to this little place and what a nice surprise! The food was amazing (we got sandwiches) and the pie…. Oh the pie! Was one of the best I have ever had. Slow on peak time, yeah. But it worths the wait.
Food was very good! Just couldn't tell if the waitress liked or hated us.. we couldn't quite figure her out.. but will be back and give it another chance because the food was very good.
