Their app messed up and charged me $20 extra! When the grand total $35 and some change when I confirmed it and even said total was $35 and change on the order confirmation screen! Then, they charged me $54 and some change on my bank account! I didn't even get one of the pizzas I ordered! When I spoke to management about this they said there was nothing they could do!! They lost a loyal customer today! If you order take a screen shot of your order confirmation screen after payment is processed!

My pizza was cold in the 10 minutes it took me to get home. They should change their slogan to cold and unprepared...

We ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust pizza, got home and the pizza was in fact not stuffed crust like we had asked her for, when we had called about it she said that their was nothing she could do about it until tomorrow morning and to bring back the pizza, mind you we had just got off of a long day at work and that was supposed to be our dinner and when we told her that all she said was well that’s not our problem. Very poor customer service.

Went to this location to order a regular classic hot and ready sausage pizza and was charged $9.92 when I asked why it cost so much he stated that they don’t sell hot and ready sausage pizza anymore I wanted to switch the pizza for a classic cheaper option and was told they don’t do that either so I was stuck with the overpriced pizza which ended up being doughy and the cheese wasn’t melted and their wasn’t but 5-6 sausage balls. Very disappointed and very poor customer service
