I ordered a large coffee with 4 cream and 10 sugar on the mobile app. A specifically did this so that they could put on fresh coffee and would have time before I got there, yet tell me why my coffee was completely freaking cold and tasted like crap. So I went back through the drive-thru and told them the coffee was cold so they must have warmed the cold stuff up but still did not make it right because it had no sugar in it literally. I was so freaking mad their service sucks and this is the McDonald's on 64 highway in Van Buren

29 minutes for 2 McDoubles thru drive-thru!! Employees definitely weren't in a hurry to rush orders out. So ridiculous!!

Cars always wrapped around the building. If you go in, there is minimal customer service. Ordered 3 meals and got 2 and a half. Almost 30 minutes for cold food and missing fries.

Stopped here to get dinner for my family. I wanted to order the family meal of 4 burgers, 20 nuggets and a basket of fries for $14.49. In the app it said it was unavailable. I went a head and ordered everything individually and had no issues (they weren’t out of anything). It cost $18.94 before tax so $4.45 extra honestly not a huge deal but the principle is what got me. I asked the worker at the window why I could order it all individually but not part of a meal with the discount. I was told the franchise owner of this location doesn’t want to offer the discount.

Families are struggling, things are expensive and McDonald’s corporate is trying to offer people some relief but the owner of this restaurant doesn’t want to. Pretty sad!

Driving through town we stopped for two $5.00 McDouble meals. Not only were our McDoubles missing from our bag...but when we went back through the drive through the people in the second line were serviced before we were. I was already unsatisfied with my meal due to the chicken nuggets being subpar....they were cold and tasted old...when we finally got our sandwiches the buns were hard and the meat was rubbery. This was by far the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I am glad that this was a passing through experience and that I do not live in this town.

Waited forever on food. Everyone in the lobby was doing exactly what i was. At least my 10 piece nugget was right because there was 3 diff people all with different orders that was in the lobby waiting either for the right order or to talk to the manager about it. One woman waited what i know was 35 mins for a simple hamburger. All she ordered and they got it wrong. Horrible place!

Been going here 7 years. Horrible food and drinks and the manager REFUSED to give me a REFUND for the bad food and drinks. The manager wanted to lecture me on obvious facts. I was so shocked I deleted the app and will not be back. Just admit when bad service is done and make it right.
