I called from Alabama to order a birthday cake because I have ALWAYS loved Paul’s baked goods! There were so many options, but the AMAZING woman that took my order was so helpful with decision making (I can be a difficult customer 😂). She gave EXCELLENT recommendations and the Marshmallow fluff frosting and Butter Cake were out of this world AMAZING!! The flavors were oh so good and the colors were perfect! Thank you so much for making ordering easy and making such delicious goodies!!!! 💚

Great donuts. I personally think they need a different chocolate for their chocolate donuts but that's me. I know a lot of people like the homemade chocolate glaze. The fried cinnamon rolls are my go to along with the cinnamon twist!

I would sure like to think today was just a bad day. I got to the bakery at 6 o’clock when they opened and they only had 12 donuts ready in the whole place. I said how long for glazed donuts and she said 5 to 7 minutes and very hateful tone. I just walked out. You would think if they open at six, they would have donuts ready to pick up at six. There were three other cars in the driveway coming in behind me. I’m sure they left with nothing also. I’ve always had great donuts from here and we really enjoy them. The attitude from the lady at the desk could be a little different though she sure set my morning off.

Normally I am satisfied with Paul’s, but this time not so much. I ordered a cake and wasn’t satisfied with the decorations on it. I told the lady it wasn’t what I asked for. She took it back to the decorator and said something. They both rolled their eyes and came up and explained the cake. If it has to be explained, it kind of defeats the purpose. Still not satisfied!! The lady took my card and handed it back. I asked are we finished she said YES! I said fine thank you!!!! Also, it was nearly double the price quoted!
