I was picking up at door dash order for personal pan and wings around noon to 12:30 on March 21st. I got to my car and a man/manger came to my window and wanted me to give him the order he claimed I tilted the box I got it out of the doordash bag handed it to him he unsealed it opened it up and said there was wing sauce all over the pizza I saw no wing sauce on the pizza. Then he closed the box turned it upside down and started shaking it wing sauce got all over my pants and olives were all over the ground and then he took off with it went back inside the store. I called Doordarsh and reported the incident. I should have called the police. This was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from anyone I was traumatized so hopefully someone from corporate sees this post pulls the security camera footage and watches for themselves how this manager behaves and represents pizza hut. I will never order pizza hut again I have told this story to everyone I know. It was unbelievable the way he turned the box upside down and shook it violently I was scared. Maybe pizza hut should seal up the wings in a container and not just set them beside a pizza in a fry tray in a box. Bad packaging for sure but unessessary behavior from pizza hut manager needs to be addressed. I would like an apology! I had already taken possession of the order I should have never rolled my window down for than man. He should have never came out of the restaurant! Pizza hut manager should have never came after me like that.

Pizza Hut in Van Buren Arkansas is excellent! We have never had our order made wrong or take longer than 15 minutes. We always do carryout. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have even had them hold the door for me more than once. The store is clean and updated. They do a really great job and our family enjoys the pizza!
Miss ANGELA was a huge help I had a little issue with my order and I HATE saying anything about food being wrong I was taught not to as anxious as I was she listened to me and worked around the spew of words coming out my mouth hope she's as great to work under as she is to deal with kudos and PIZZA HUT SHES THE REASON FOR THE GOOD STARS NOT RHE FOOD GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE $$

Had a discrepancy with door dash… The guy working ( Mr Wayne) is awesome and had it handled! I was pretty irritated with the situation (not pizza huts fault. Completely on door dash) but he took care of me and the situation and was polite and professional and saved the day. I just wanted to brag on him for a sec. He seems like a cool dude and I appreciated him helping the way he did.

I ordered four things off of there $7 deals menu for carry out. My husband picked the food up and they charged him $37 at the car KNOWING it was $30.87, because it was on the receipt. We do not mind TIPPING, but overcharging to get a tip is terrible customer service. I also tried calling the store a few times and received no answer.
