My wife and granddaughter and I visited the restaurant last night. We had placed an order for two pizzas for dine-in. One large and one small. Unfortunately, the small pizza was overcooked and nearly burnt. The large pizza was only half correct. The other half was not what we had ordered. They attempted to rectify the situation by recooking the small pizza and preparing a small pizza for the incorrect portion. However, they charged us the full price for both pizzas.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the person who collected the payment, but my concerns were completely ignored. He seemed indifferent and showed no remorse, no apology, and no willingness to offer a discount or show any respect.
This incident marks the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant. We have been loyal customers for over 40 years and visit at least once a week. This particular visit was a complete disappointment.

It was 57 degrees outside. The dining room was colder. It was like eating in a walk-in refrigerator. My pizza got cold after 2 minutes on the plate. The pasta was so salty I couldn't eat it. I had to eat really fast so I could get outta there. I was so cold I couldn't enjoy my meal.

This was our first time eating and Pizza Parlour and without a doubt, we'll go back next time we are in town. For the price, the pizza was really good and the service was great. All around a great experience and for $12.50 a person (including a drink), what a deal.

The pizza is the high-light, and the salad bar is also good. I'm not a fan of the pasta choices, and the bread sticks were hard. Drinks are generous, and the dining area was clean. The staff is friendly and very efficient.
