First time ever trying Korean food!! Was an excellent meal that I definitely will be coming back not just for the food, but the customers service. I love the variety seat options as well and games. I recommend anyone to try this food plenty of options to choose from. Go Pointer Brewery for the beautiful atmosphere!!

Pointers Brewery in Van Buren is amazing! The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the food and drinks were outstanding. Everything we had was delicious, and you can tell they really care about quality and service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Based on the reviews, I was excited to try this place. To say the food was abysmal is an understatement. I’m not certain the people here have ever eaten Korean food.
The food here is not Korean enough to even be considered fusion. It’s a bold move to have multiple bulgogi dishes when the meat has no flavor. The bread for multiple dishes was stale. The rice is unseasoned, so putting poorly cooked white rice on a sandwich or slider is a poor choice. The kimchi flavor was nothing like I’ve ever had before, and not in a good way. Someone in my party actually needed to spit it out, who regularly eats kimchi at home. The corn cheese dip was okay, but it was nothing like the description or corn cheese dip I’ve had at any other Korean restaurant.
The waitstaff was friendly, however there were difficulties with our orders and they all came out wrong.
As someone who has spent significant time in Korea and eating Korean dishes, this was a waste of time and stomach space. I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

A person in my party wrote a negative review (which was well deserved) and instead of taking any accountability, the owner instead wrote an unprofessional response calling my friend a liar and stating the review was fake. I would advise the owners learn accountability, and work on authentic korean cuisine. There’s definitely tastier, more authentic, local cuisine to try, so I would advise not wasting your money here. To the owner: Your responses to reviews, and your food, leave much to be desired. I would work on that.

Karissa our bartender/server was fantastic! She made us feel right at home and kept our cold drinks coming! I highly recommend this local spot they have a great lounge area as well to play a variety of fun board games with friends. The Korean Nachos were my favorite!

I Came here after a pottery class randomly with some new freinds. I had the Korean tacos and some oolong tea. The bulgogi was delicious. The bartender Karissa is awesome, she taught me some sign language. I will definitely go back next time im in downtown Van Buren.
