Pointer Place Cafe & Campus Store

We were driving thru Van Buren looking for a restaurant and saw people sitting outside of the Pointer and decided to stop. My wife chose Japchae and I had Kimchi stew. Both were delicious. We didn’t even know they served Korean food until seeing the menu! We would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was clean and the service was excellent. Lucky find for us.

Delicious food. Was here for soft opening with 2 other ladies. Ordered the family order of sides which is one of each of the 9 sides. We also ordered two half orders of main dishes (Japchae and Bulgogi) and a Kimbap and shared it all family style. I highly recommend this! Doing this and also one beer and a pop only came to $56!!! Plenty of food for all. Had quite a few folks coming in early on Sunday lunch and I really hope the community supports because I want this to stick around. We need a little weird in Van Buren. :D
