I purchased from Starbucks about 45 times a month. I have a specific order that 44 out of the last 45 times every store has gotten right. The barista in the drive-through was not able to program the order and then my special request which is granted at every other Starbucks, It was denied by even the store manager. Of the Starbucks in the area this has been my worst experience. I can’t recommend it. Starbucks used to be a company that was known for being completely dedicated to their customers, but it really seems like that has been in decline recently. Time to start patronizing local coffee, shops more I’m afraid.

Ordered a drink here and when it came out I realized I had said the wrong thing when I ordered. An employee saw a confused look on my face and I said I realized I had gotten the wrong thing. They quickly responded “Here, I’ll fix it, everybody should get what they wanted!” And promptly gave me the drink I wanted though it was my bad. Great staff!

The morning staff is fast and accurate with drink orders and ALWAYS make you feel like your welcome and wanted there! It doesn’t matter if they are busy or a little slow they always take the time to look up, smile, and wave hello! They even draw smiley faces on my drinks! The manager is so kind and you can tell that they only hire people with exemplary customer service skills! Katie in particular is a fantastic barista! Best coffee shop in town, no question!
