There was only 1 employee, the computer was down, there was a long line and she did not tell anyone that the computer was down until someone finally asked. My son and I left.

I was asked what I would like to order. I was informed that they were missing an ingredient. The employee then ignored me and proceeded to prep four to go orders. I understand we all get busy. However, I found their actions to be exceptionally rude.

If I could leave 0 stars I would the way i was just spoke to at this store was not okay I was charged almost $40 for them to tell i didn't even have an order there and I'm just out that money the kid was rude as could be on the phone as well. I normally shop here at least once a week but I won't be back after this. Again the kid on the phone was rude and didn't care to help me at all

Staff do not listen and short you items unless you one at a time check them as you add another condiment. The just don't listen to you where do these food services get these people it's obvious they don't want to be there. The whole Convenient food industry is dysfunctional not just

If you're not going in person to tell them how to make your sandwich step by step, don't bother ordering. The people who work here can't seem to read a ticket to save their lives. Every time I make a modification on my food it's never made correctly. Just don't bother.

The workers we're arguing for a good 10 minutes while I was standing there waiting on them to take my order and arguing while making my order they gave me big chunks of onion and bell peppers that wasn't even cut into strips after I asked them to take it off my sandwich was aweful and they didn't wrap it right the whole bottom fell out of the wrap

This place is just a giant day care for teens. I find it funny how the manager takes hands full of food and smokes pot out in her car and comes in smelling like it. There's only 2 people who actually help you and make your food right. They are very skimpy on veggies. The teens are ALWAYS on their phones and very entitled. I've not had a good experience with this Subway and they price gouge like a mofo. I use to love subway but I highly do not recommend coming here. Your food will be sloppy,kids on phones,take 6 minutes to make a sandwich,they expect tips and get mad when you don't. Online orders are cold when picked up. The lobby is ALWAYS dirty.

I ordered online I get a phone call saying they don't have some of the stuff I ordered like meatballs the right bread ok can I get a flat bread no don't have that either all we have is 7 loaves of white ok do white call back not 5mins later and told I have to put your sandwich on wheat that's no ok go into the store and tell them to please just give me a refund ok your money will be back on in 24 hours I tell no I need it now so I can still go get food she says she can't do that so i ask how am i going to feed my kids tonight that was what I had for food i get told there is a McDonald's over there I tell her you have my money she says that's not my problem did I get rude with her you dang right I did because she had an attitude as soon as I walked through the door I was very nice on the phone and when I came in about their incompetence I'm glad now I didn't eat there the line was disgusting and when I came in they were busy chatting with their buddy someone needs to better train their employees guess I will keep driving out of my way to get subway because this is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this subway
