The young guy was not so friendly he made my sandwich and got to the veggies I asked for extra olives on sandwiche he said they have a limit on how much veggies they could put on each .Was kinda rude about it when I asked when did they start counting how much veggies u could get .he said it's new I can't believe it .

Last night, November 6th at 6:15 p.m., my husband and I picked up four sandwiches that we ordered through the app, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Subway.

First, none of the sandwiches were labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which belonged to whom. Secondly, both my husband and my dad ordered steak and cheese sandwiches, but each had only about three small pieces of meat. In addition, the cheese on mine and my mom’s sandwiches was not melted, and there were barely any vegetables or sauce — it was mostly just bread.

When I spend around $30 on sandwiches, I expect them to be made properly. I understand everyone can have an off day, but I’ve heard several similar complaints about this specific location and its staff. I don’t know who made our sandwiches, but when we picked them up, there was a man with brown hair behind the counter.

This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.

The guy who works here always messes up the order. I asked for extra meat and got less than normal. The sandwiches are barely toasted that they get soggy and there weren’t enough veggies added. The honey mustard also tastes off. Please retrain. For the cost, this is so bad.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and both times I've had horrible experiences. This first time I made a mobile order ahead of time and I still waited an hour to get my food and wasted my whole lunch break waiting on my 6 inch sandwich. I came again today just out of convenience of my location and they made my sandwich incorrectly. The other girls I made mobile orders with got their sandwiches made correctly but mine was the only one missing things. My sandwich was missing cheese, onions, and it was not toasted. I definitely will not be going to this location no matter how much of a convenience it will be. It really sucks to be so hungry and get your meal missing the most important/favorite ingredients. DO BETTER !!!

Went here because we love subway, but was met with rude staff and outrageous practices. I can go to any other subway and they will charge you a flat rate on double meat on ANYTHING. This place will not, they will charge you almost triple depending on what it is. They are stingy on all ingredients. It’s unbelievable that someone would put 2 TOMATOES on a salad, yes 2. And 3 STRANDS on onions. They have a sign that says you’ll get charged for asking for excessive amount of veggies. So you fear even asking for more. How is asking for a normal amount excessive?

The girl that waited on us not nice our sandwiches were toasted so be warm but she took out our sandwiches sat on counter and continued to fill bottles then she came back to fixing our sandwiches which were cold and thrown together will not be back and the flies were awful

I usually have been ordering online and my sandwich would not be right. So today I thought I would go in and order. I always get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki but they used to pre mix the sauce with the meat and now they do not. At any other location I just ask them to pre mix it and they do it no problem, at this location the lady “team leader” was rude and she stated she could not do it because ”she doesn't have time for that.” I would have understood if there was a-lot of customers but there was nobody behind me in line or in the drive thru. I just said whatever make it the usual way. There was another man and he was very nice and he packed my order up and I paid. He added some napkins to our bag (because the order was to go) and the “team leader” says “Don't give them napkins, there’s napkins in the lobby they can grab themselves.” She was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location. However the other guy was very helpful just sorry he has to work with this woman.
