Why is the flatbread as thin as a sheet of paper now? Also, why is it $2 more to get actual meat on the sub. If you’re actually hungry, I wouldn’t suggest getting flatbread or a 6 inch sub because it’ll maybe have a small handful of meat on it. The prices aren’t matching the product.

Had the best experience at the east plaza subway very nice man served me at around 8:40 made the sandwhich fast and recommended oregano and Parmesan and it was delicious . Wonderful food and people

Ok so I realize that work sucks and when it's 10 mins to close and a couple girls come in and want to order a foot long to split after you have cleaned up the front ...it's annoying...BUT NEVER BE RUDE TO ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS! When someone is paying $19 for a sandwich and a drink it's just very bad business to treat them as if you didn't want their money! You should always be nice and ready to help any customer! Shame on you young lady!

I am the assistant manager of another suwbay in a local area and I ordered food from this store to only get it and notice they only gave me one of two sandwiches. The lady on the phone blamed DoorDash when the subway bag itself was stapled and securely shut. I was lied to and am not happy. If I were this employees manager they would be facing serious consequences for lying to customers about their food.

Ordered online, our food was ready to go when we arrived. It was assembled well (not like some of those sloppy Subways), and was tasty. The restaurant was clean, freshly mopped floors. The guy at the counter was friendly and quick to get our order.

I ordered a foot-long sandwich this evening online. I ordered it regular, not toasted as I prefer everything cold on a sandwich. I went to the drive-through, and when the girl handed me my sandwich, it felt warm. I ask the girl if it hadn’t been toasted as I had specified regular and not toasted. She then asked another girl if it had been toasted and she said no only the bacon was making it hot, I get home with my sandwich. I unwrap it and it had been toasted to the point that the bread was hard, the cheese was melted, and the vegetables were all warm and slimy. My part of the sandwich went into the trash. I understand that people make mistakes, but to lie about them when they are asked, is not good business.

The absolute WORST Subway!! The two ladies working were so rude and one kept saying “Is that all?” Is that all? And I asked for extra black olives and onions and then she put 3 olives on my sandwich and 0 onions. Then when I took the sandwich back inside to get it fixed like no biggie. The woman told me that 3 black olives is the standard. And the other lady yells “Yep, it sure is!!!! “Like people just can’t fix a mistake and go on. They have to be extremely rude in front of other customers and all. You treat your customers with kindness when you mess up..

REALLY Subway DO better!!!!! I didn't order the Flatbread which I don't think y'all have anymore. I had to roll it myself. 10 dollars for a wrap. Everytime, well I can't say eveytime but most of the time I get a rude lady who seems to be training someone which is why my sandwich wasn't made correctly ? I go through the drive through for the convenience since I'm heading into work. The customer service industry is going down hill.

The Subway in north Van Buren, Ar is always pretty good. Kind of slow service, but the never seem to have enough help. Can't hold that against the employees that are working double hard.
