Among all the Subway locations I’ve visited, this store was by far the cleanest and most well-organized. It’s hard to believe that its rating is only in the 3-star range due to the general image associated with franchises.

It’s possible that differences in service styles among employees have affected the overall rating. However, the staff member I encountered, Natalie, was one of the most kind, professional, and impressive franchise employees I’ve ever met.

Given that Subway sandwiches are made using the same ingredients across locations, ingredient management is especially important. At many other stores, I’ve seen ingredients mixed together, running low, or poorly organized. Natalie, on the other hand, kindly engaged with customers, patiently waited when needed, and at the same time carefully organized even the smallest pieces of ingredients while preparing the sandwich. Watching her work was genuinely impressive.

I have no doubt that an employee with this level of professionalism would be valued, respected, and successful anywhere—not just at this location. If more employees demonstrated the same professionalism as Natalie, I truly believe the franchise’s Google rating would easily exceed 4.0.

I have never had a worker argue with me about how I want my sandwich! She had the worse customer service skills! I asked for extra mayonnaise and she said I already put that on?? I said well can I have a-little more please? She literally put one drop. Then I asked for extra olives. She gave me five small cut pieces. She said three is regular and five is extra. I had the smallest two tomatoes on there also . I have never experienced this at any other subway! Her response to everything was I'm not allowed?? Then to top it all off my bread was hard and chewy! I asked to make sure that bread was fresh because it had been cut already and was on the bottom. I will never order from this Subway again! She needs to be retrained on customer service!

They have icees here!! And the little claw machines 🥰 im sooo coming back for just that!! The place was clean but unfortunately they only had one person working the counter and making orders while a line of customers was forming im fortunate the person infront of me who had a big order was kind enough to let me skip infront of him 🤍

Will no be ordering from here ever again we asked for no onions for two days (ordered yesterday and today) and we got onions on our sandwich and it looks like they smashed our sandwiches and it was just ugly all together we have even called and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it order at noon both days I know it’s wrong bc I used to work at subway

Really nasty spoiled olives plus what is up with the server's attitude? Anyway nothing healthy to eat at Subway anymore. I plan on going to that great Thai place next time instead. At least you can get vegetables there that aren't rancid.

Well the supposed wait staff came to make my sandwich and I told them three different times that I wanted olives on my foot long but the amount I received on my sandwich didn't even equal a whole olive which after tasting it I didn't want anyway because they had gone bad. Apparently Subway is so afraid to hand out olives that they'd prefer to let them go bad before they feed them to us. That's some old lady hoarding logic, not the logic of a respectable restaurant.

No matter how many times i ask for extra items on my sandwich it never gets done. it doenst matter if its vegetables or sauces. also when i order online my sandwich is NEVER toasted, even though i select toasted on the app. also the customer service is very hit and miss. the only person who has any customer service is the younger girl who works later in the day. also i had an item that was out of stock and i opted for a different option, that was $1 less and never got offered a refund or anything.

Never going to this subway ever again, lady was rude the most rudest person I've ever talked to. She took my order was mad that I was there, she was making a online order, so I patiently waited till she was done then I gave her my order, I asked for extra meat, and extra pickles and she did not give me either, the sandwich was terrible service was just as bad. Someone needs to have a talk with her. I eat at subway at least 3 times a week, I guess I will take my business to fire house sub not a huge fan but I'm sure I can find some there. I'm just discussed with this whole situation...

Went there today at 5 pm with my kids for 3 sandwiches. No one else was there. She asked how many sandwhiches, and then gave a huge sigh and rolled her eyes. Thinking back on it I shouldnt have said I know I’m sorry. I should have said that’s your job. I’m too nice. Now I’m mad.

Tonya is very rude and unprofessional to those she works with. I would never work for someone that treats the workers the way she does. She needs to be retrained and honest i have started leaving when i see her because of how rude she is. The young lady that is usually there in evenings is so nice and is always by herself even though it is super busy alot. Wish she was all i ever had to deal with. There is a guy there that always acts like a manger but he needs to be retrained and maybe by someone other than Tonya. However he is hardly ever there so more than likely if you are not a regular you will never see him.

The server was either untrained or unprepared, and he was the only person working. I paid $32 for 2 foot long sandwiches without drinks or chips. It was the worst Subway experience of my life.

they say it takes 3 minutes per sandwich. I make on online order for 3 sandwiches. that is 9 minutes. I go to the window and she is very snarky about me being there “early” and says “yeah not till 12:50”. that is 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I do not have all day just because you want to be stubborn about the time on the app. If a sandwhich cannot be made in the time it says you make to take one, maybe pick up the pace! And by the time i get my sandwhich it’s ALWAYS incorrect and they have 1 of each thing in there. The lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional with how she served me. I would like this handled so another customer is not treated poorly by her.
