I dont like lettuce or tomatoes, and everytime i ask to have it removed, they just add it. And they never pick up the phone to avoid having to remake food.

I've given this taco bell so many chances... they will do great for a while but then go right back to inedible food... I'm over it... food cost to much to be paying out old hard fries and old hard taco shells and tortillas... in the past month I've not been able to eat over half the food I've paid for due to it being old and so hard you can't chew it... it's unacceptable and theres zero excuse for this bs with the cost of food right now... i hope these guys get their shit straight again because it's one of the only places nearby my job where I can get food for lunch... but i can't keep paying these ridiculous prices for food i can't even eat!!!

I ordered 3 taco supremes with 1 as a soft taco and a drink. They gave me 3 hard tacos that didn't fill the taco up 1/3rd of the way. And that's with lettuce tomato meat cheese. And didn't have sour cream. They did fix it after I had to wait in line again.

We order food for our employees every Friday night. Thirteen tacos, thirteen work dorito locos. All looked like the photos. Going back to Casey's for pizza. Very disappointed.
Best Taco Bell we've ate at. Ordered meal and wife ordered hers also made special request on two burritos and they got it right. Food was good.

I went through the drive through. The order was all wrong and the drink was total carbonated water. I called 3 times there was no answer. 18 bucks right in the trash.

Absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through with a pretty simple order…. $7 luxe cravings box, 2cheesy bean and rice burritos, 4 double stacked tacos, cheesy roll up, and a Baja blast. Came home and of course had to go back for the rest of my food. I was missing 2 of my tacos, the cheesy roll up and the chips for my cravings box. After sitting back in the drive through and coming back home to eat my dinner I opened my box and realize I didn’t even get my Gordita crunch which was the whole reason I ordered that meal. I tried calling at least 7 times but all the employees looked too busy making food for themselves to answer a call. Teach your team to check their bags before putting through the window! Waste of gas!
