I dont like lettuce or tomatoes, and everytime i ask to have it removed, they just add it. And they never pick up the phone to avoid having to remake food.

I've given this taco bell so many chances... they will do great for a while but then go right back to inedible food... I'm over it... food cost to much to be paying out old hard fries and old hard taco shells and tortillas... in the past month I've not been able to eat over half the food I've paid for due to it being old and so hard you can't chew it... it's unacceptable and theres zero excuse for this bs with the cost of food right now... i hope these guys get their shit straight again because it's one of the only places nearby my job where I can get food for lunch... but i can't keep paying these ridiculous prices for food i can't even eat!!!
