waited in line awhile, finally got home. my large nacho fry was nasty, not fresh, and half way full. my tacos were stale, and our luxe box was cold. we live 5 minutes down the road.

I'm not sure who you hired as the GM that changed everything.... but as a GM.... Who applied for the GM role at this location... he/she has made amazing strides in food quality and customer service. As Dustin was providing me with awesome service (above and beyond) in the drive thru... I saw 2 of your folks deck scrubbing the lobby. Good job all.. as a frequent customer.... I say KEEP IT UP! and thank you!

I got the loaded beef nachos for dine in cost 2.99 pretax and was loaded like the name suggested. Highly recommend also try the steak quesadilla 👍

I put in a pickup order and it was paid for when I got there they told me they didn't have it I was sent to the other location and they also didn't have it tried calling over and over and over and the line was busy I want my money back
I used the drive thru at Van Buren AR Taco Bell and ordered over $30 of food and specifically requested no sour cream. Guess what, I drove home and there was sour cream on all the food. Very disappointing.

Not sure I like this place because even time we go there they get my orders wrong just the other day we order food it was cold and stuff had no mèt called them they said come back and they would fix it then they didn't even give me what I 1st order .so no I would not give them any stars

Order food at 4pm, why does it take almost an hour to make the food? If your training people thats all good but it still shouldnt take right at an hour. Guy said ill check on your order. Came back and said their working on it. Then said it was 30 minutes ago you ordered. Thats funny cause my reciept is time stamped. I know what time i ordered food.

Just got my dinner there simple 3 bean burritos no onions 9 mild sauce packets you can guess what i got extra onions and 3 packets of sauce it never fails I almost never get what I ask for and calling in to talk to the "boss" doesn't work. Don't ever go at night it's run by kids that don't care about the job or you they just do the bare minimum and give attitude if you ask for any modification for some reason I never learned my lesson stop eating this taco bell.
