I used the drive thru at Van Buren AR Taco Bell and ordered over $30 of food and specifically requested no sour cream. Guess what, I drove home and there was sour cream on all the food. Very disappointing.

Not sure I like this place because even time we go there they get my orders wrong just the other day we order food it was cold and stuff had no mèt called them they said come back and they would fix it then they didn't even give me what I 1st order .so no I would not give them any stars

Order food at 4pm, why does it take almost an hour to make the food? If your training people thats all good but it still shouldnt take right at an hour. Guy said ill check on your order. Came back and said their working on it. Then said it was 30 minutes ago you ordered. Thats funny cause my reciept is time stamped. I know what time i ordered food.

Just got my dinner there simple 3 bean burritos no onions 9 mild sauce packets you can guess what i got extra onions and 3 packets of sauce it never fails I almost never get what I ask for and calling in to talk to the "boss" doesn't work. Don't ever go at night it's run by kids that don't care about the job or you they just do the bare minimum and give attitude if you ask for any modification for some reason I never learned my lesson stop eating this taco bell.

Taco bell never disappoints !! The staff was fast to get the food out to my table.. I would rate an AAAAAA+++++++
Went through the drive thru $9 box was $12.12 that's major taxes, half of the box was missing so only a chicken quesadilla. It had 5 pieces of chicken on the whole thing and slathered in that nasty sauce I asked them to leave off. So, I spent $12.12 on mild sauce packets and some napkins. Every! Single! Time! I'd rather just go to El Super Taco.
Worst taco bell ever. They never get your order right This is my third time in a row Where they have messed up my order. Plus, the food isn't even made well. They barely put anything on it. Never again will I go to this taco bell. If i could have rated them a 0 i would have. They need to take lessons from alma hwy taco bell, I will definitely go out of my way to that taco bell from now on and their food is so much better! Taco bell on Alma hwy in van buren is the best.

Taco Bell plaza drive in van Buren ark , been waiting on my order for 15 minutes I’m in my vehicle my husband is inside ordering a truck with a young guy pulled up next to me and 5 Taco Bell employees came out to talk to him , I guess thats why it’s taking so long to get my order
