Disappointing Experience: Avoid at All Costs
My recent visit was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food was simply awful. The guacamole was not just brown on top, but throughout, indicating it was clearly old and unappetizing.
The drinks were no better. The mint in my mojito looked bruised and molded, and the drink itself tasted like a terrible combination of diet Sprite and cheap, off-brand rum. It was undrinkable.
To make matters worse, when we brought these issues to the attention of the staff, their response was shocking. They claimed to be colorblind and unable to see that the guacamole was brown and old. This level of disregard for food quality and customer feedback is unacceptable.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing dining experience. I strongly advise prospective customers to avoid this establishment if you value fresh food and decent service.

Stopping through Van Buren for the night and googled restaurants. We picked The Vault and it was outstanding. Atmosphere, service and food were great. This will be our spot from now on when traveling across Arkansas!

We went there Saturday drove all the way from Missouri. It wasn’t very crowded. Waited 20 minutes before we got a seat ordered chicken fried steak took almost an hour and 20 minutes. The male bartender was extremely rude disrespectful!!

Awesome restaurant with great service. Plenty of tvs to watch the game. Chicken fried steak is huge and came out super hot. Sweet potatoes fries were fantastic.

This was a suggested restaurant to visit and it seemed very busy, but I would be hesitant to try it again. The server wasn’t the friendliest. She had to go back to the kitchen twice to see if they had a specific menu item. Management: if the kitchen knows before opening what items they don’t have for that day, that needs communicated to the servers so that they can note it and relay that to customers so the running back and forth is eliminated.
The food was fair. My fries were soggy and salty so they weren’t edible for me personally.

The hostess was friendly, and texted my phone when the table was ready. The building retained historic details: stained glass windows, a textured tin accent wall, and stone arches throughout. Despite this being a very busy day for the restaurant the service was attentive and the jalapeño pimento dip appetizer arrived at the table quickly. It was very good with tortilla chips. The French dip sandwich and sweet potato fries were very good, although the fries were a tad soggy. The au jus dipping sauce was delicious with the peppered beef sandwich. Overall I would recommend stopping in if you’re hungry after your train ride to Van Buren.

An old bank - that still has the vault inside(kinda cool) that has been converted to a bar and restaurant. We were there on a train ride from Springdale, for which they gave a separate menu. Mozzarella logs, fried squash and pot stickers were good. The ranch dressing was very good. Burgers were juicy and tasty .

After waiting more than 30 minutes to get our food it came out barely like warm. Waitress didn't come back near our table until we were finished eating to see if wanted more tea it how iur food was . This was my 5th time to eat there. The first two times were right after they opened and were the only times our food and service were good. We won't be back.

I've never been more disappointed in the food quality. Chips were stale, market price steak that you couldn't cut with a knife and a burger so overcooked you had to lather it with ketchup just to eat half of it, before I found a bone in it. Service was decent but we were never asked how our food was. Never be back
