Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I generally go through the drive thru. There is never any kind of “Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening” or “how may I help you?” It’s always “Tropical Smoothie, order when you’re ready “. What happened to a little kindness and friendliness and personality would be nice at the drive thru and the window. Also, I always order a PB Crunch Bowl or Wrap and I love them. Always good! However, they seem to be out of Peanut Butter an awful lot. That needs to be fixed.

Portions are preposterous! Santa Fe chicken flatbread (‘really couldn’t tell … so skimpy) and side of corn…. Filled less than 30% of both the container and center of the flatbread! What an insulting ‘joke’ to play on customers who simply want to get their money’s worth; drive away trusting that there is some chance of satisfying their hunger.
Just pathetic!
Don’t be in business if you have to reduce your portions!

Great smoothies as always. I had an accident and spilled my smoothie walking out the door like an idiot, and Hunter remade it for me while I had to go wash it off of my clothes. It really helped make my otherwise very long day. Can't give him enough recognition for helping me out!!

The drinks are pretty good. The air conditioning felt amazing. My only complaints are that it smelled of bleach and the tables were a bit sticky. Other than that, it was nice.

The food portions were pretty small for the price. The burrito was like a miniature burrito. The flatbread was very thin. Smoothies were not bad

The smoothies and food are scrumptious! I do like the fact that they have healthier sides. I enjoy the sweet potatoes! The Beach Bum smoothie is good, but Bahama Mama is my favorite!

One of the most inefficient and ineffective establishments I have ever patronized. The employees appeared to be lacking knowledge and professionalism in their roles.
They seemed oblivious when asked about menu items, reacting as though tasked with solving a complex problem. Additionally, when inquired about employment opportunities, they responded dismissively and with rudeness.
Adding to the negative experience was the overpriced beverages that were comprised mostly of ice.

Shows to close at 9pm today, it’s currently 8:25p.m. And the doors are locked.
