One of MANY Waffle Houses I've been to throughout the U.S. Dustin was a great server. Our food came fast and tasted good. The water also tasted kind of "off"... Probably a regional thing though. Everything else was great and up to par. The Texas bacon chicken melt was amazing!

Our waitress was sweet but kind of useless for bringing our stuff and providing refills. The food was fixed correctly and arrived hot and fresh, but I kept having to go to the counter to refill our drinks (soda and coffee). They brought my husband the wrong toast and we asked for the correct three times before I finally found someone else to get it for me. In spite of this, the food was great and well be back.

Extremely disappointed in this waffle house food was over cook and service was horrible it was dead in the restaurant and they still didn't have the time to check on us or get the orders right it was like they were mad we were there

The menus now have a sticker on them saying there is a 50 cent surcharge on each egg ordered. That’s $6 a dozen EXTRA in their pocket, how much are they spending on eggs?
This is the cleanest Waffle House I’ve been to; but the service and food is always subpar. It is worth a drive to fort smith if you want to eat Waffle House. Do not sit at the counter by the sink. The inattentive employees will splash water all over you and your food when doing dishes.
They did not give me any pickles with my sandwich and were pretty stingy with the toppings for my waffle, however everything tasted good.

On par for waffle house. Felt a bit ignored by my server but I can't say that's not normal for this restaurant. I didn't use the restroom but house keeping appeared to be a 4 out of 5 as well

It's not as good as it used to be, but it's still very good. I always ordered the hashbrowns, and they were a little dry this time. Could have been a new cook. The atmosphere is always regular customers visiting, and the waiter was new. Overall, I always recommend it.

Definitely one of the cleanest waffle house’s I’ve ever eaten at. The food is always consistently good (eggs fully cooked, hash browns never burnt or too greasy) and the service is above average.
