Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Our chicken dinner was very good. The chicken was hot (temperature) and juicy. The Zaxbys sauce was great too. The dining room was clean and the service was very good. We'll be back.

Tonight my husband ordered a to go Zalad and was asked to pull forward as they would need to grill the chicken. Almost half and hour later he had to go in and ask if he'd been forgotten. If you will tell your customer that they will be left sitting for half an hour they may choose something different. DO BETTER

I believe the cashier's name is Kim. She is always in a great mood and always helpful! 10/10 everytime we've been.

I always love Zaxby’s but this Zaxby’s topped the cake! Phenomenal drive through experience! The lady on the intercom was knowledgeable about the menu and even made a joke I could relate to! When I got to the window, the lady was friendly with a wonderful smile! Mind you, the lady on the intercom was different from the lady at the drive up window! The food was hot and seasoned to perfection! Even the drink was tasty and just sweet enough( the peach tea)! I recommend trying this location out, they are on top of their game!!!

1st shift manager she needs to go. She's not cut out fast food or customer service. Instead of getting on to employees for messing orders up she makes the customer feel like they're the issue even ensuaiting you're lying. I gave food back on counter they threw away and refunded my money. Only way to fix rogue employees is get a refund never return leave bad review

The first time i went today they messed up my order and now i came back to get the right meal didnt call in my mess up order cause i know they have new workers all the time but i payed for it 24 minutes ago and still waiting 3 cars and their taking the window order and have their food ready i love the food but hate the service i wish there was another one closer than Fayetteville i truly dont wanna come back to this one should start a petition for a new location in this area

I believe this was my first time at any Zaxby's and I wasn't impressed. The chicken tenders were small and everything was over salted. I prefer Cane's.
