Just mins ago their driver in the dark little hatch back went flying threw our neighborhood loop which is off the main road to its self. In the dark fading light. Kids are little and playing still out here because there isnt any traffic through here except for the neighbors on the street

Ordered food from the Vilonia Ar. 1.5 hours ago. Was told 40 minutes when we placed order. Called back to find out where food is at and was told it would another 40 minutes to an hour before it will be delivered.

At no time should an employee stick their hands into different containers cross contamination will occur. No gloves. I have seen this twice. I mean who knows what lives under them fingernails.

We have eaten Domino's Pizza all over the U. S. The Vilonia, AR store does the best job compared to other stores.
Ordered two pizzas without Italian seasonings. Replace this same order every time. Every time we order we receive Italian seasoning on our pizza. When we call to tell them of the mistake we are called a liar. The manager actually said we were lying and to bring the pizza down and prove it. I brought the pizza down he still called me a liar, he said that they do not make mistakes, and that we should pay attention when we order a pizza and select no Italian seasoning. I pulled up all my previous orders on my phone and show him where we have selected no seasoning every single time. He still says they do not make mistakes but remade one of the pizzas. This experience sets a new record for worst customer service. We received this treatment on every order. If there was another restaurant that delivered in our area we would use it.

Ordered Pasta bowl, Loaded tots, and a specialty pizza. My first problem was having no fork to use with the pasta bowl or loaded tots. It was annoying not having that or napkins. I then noticed that my specialty pizza (which was a buffalo chicken pizza) HAD ONIONS! Even though on the receipt it said “NO ONIONS” which is how I ordered it. At this point it was a 2 and a half star in my mind and I was disappointed but not upset. But then… I notice that the pizza is… Different. I then look at the bottom of the pizza to see that it ISN’T EVEN CUT! Who wants to eat a pizza that isn’t sliced??? I know I don’t. While I understand that it is July 4th and these guys/girls don’t even want to work, it’s still disappointing to see that they got sloppy with their work. It’s not like take out is affordable anymore.

Very disappointing experience. Order on the app. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, they still had not put the pizza in the oven. I waited inside and after close to ten minutes it was still not in oven. Will not choose this place again.

We order from Dominos in Vilonia a lot and most of the time it’s really great. But every once in a while they will just drop the ball completely and either way over cook it or sometimes there’s hardly any sauce at all. I’d say 80% of the time they deliver exceptional pizza very fast though.
