This is my go-to mexican place at home. Never have to worry about my order being wrong or that it wont be tasty. I usually get the botanas platter or the enchiladas supremas. My husband loves the chicken burritos.
I called to place an order and got hung up on after not even 30 seconds. They interrupted me the whole time I was trying to place my order and then yelled saying they didn’t have all day. I’m not dealing with that just to get mediocre cold food.

I loved everything about this restaurant. I got the carnitas. The pork was so tender I could pull it apart with a fork. It's in Vilonia,a little bit out of the way. But well worth the trip. I recommend it. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I only visit El Rancho when I visit my daughter, who lives and works in the area. Everything is at least acceptable ..The plus is they DO HAVE GLUTEN-FREE .
We had 6 people he brought one order out then 15 minutes later he brought two out one of the orders was wrong he ordered street tacos and got regular tacos had to ask again for rice and beans another 2 meals were brought out later the street tacos you couldn't pick up had to eat with a fork the last order he came out and asked my daughter what she ordered she told him to put the beans on the side they were in the fajitas and we ran out of drinks we go in there all the time worse time ever then the woman at the cash registered says wee were busy I thought you were suppose to be handel a restaurant!
