If there were less stars I would have chosen that. Went through drive through, took forever to acknowledge we were there. The person who did answer clearly doesn’t want to work there. Tried to order a happy meal which seemed to annoy the person which then proceeded to constantly sigh loudly over microphone and the further the conversation went the less English that could be understood. Drove off because I didn’t think we would ever get to a conclusion to a basic item on the menu. Don’t plan on going back and don’t recommend anyone going.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to and will most definitely not be back. I went by here this morning for breakfast and order a sausage egg mcmuffin, ate half of it look down and there is a literal ROACH on my sandwich. A ROACH.... HOW does that even happen? Completely inexcusable, disgusting and shows complete FILTH on Vilonia McDonald's part.

This is seriously one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The past 2 times I’ve gone they have been extremely understaffed and the staffing they do have don’t know what they are doing. Constantly getting orders wrong, making you pull up and wait for over 10 minutes for your order after already waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru. The workers aren’t polite and have a really rude attitude. Today I was in the drive thru for 25 MINUTES and finally got to the window and was told “my manager is not allowing us to accept anymore orders until drive thru is empty”. I expressed how long I’d been waiting and she just told me there was nothing she could do. I will not be back to this location. 0/10.

Me and my girl went up there and they got our order wrong and we was polite and we got to the window and a worker said “oh that lady is back” with a smart attitude. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Don’t go to this McDonalds.

The lady who handed me my food through the window open to the window cursed about something that was happening inside and then handed me my food and shut the window without saying a word to me. I didn't I didn't even have time to say thank you and have a nice day to her because she closed it so fast. This McDonald's regularly gets orders wrong and really is probably only still in business because It's the only McDonald's in town. Seeing as it is the only McDonald's in town and I'm sure it gets a lot of business it would be nice if the owners or managers or whoever would bring expectations up a lot higher and enforce some stricter measures that they think would help provide better service to their customers especially because most of us are pretty faithful customers. We have gotten cold food, sloppy mess food, food that barely has an ingredient on it. Wrong orders almost every time. Check your food before you leave the window.

My wife and I arrived here for a quick bite Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at 4:30PM. We walked in, and we were immediately amazed at HOW FILTHY the Lobby was.
They were not busy, the drive-through was empty, and the crew members were all just standing around. The Manager was just leaning against the equipment on their phone.
There were French Fries scattered all over the floor around and under a table in the lobby, napkins on the floor, empty straw wrappers, and the floors were just filthy. No one was cleaning, no one was doing anything but on their phone.
After ordering food, the French Fries were actually fairly fresh, which is why the food got a 3 Star because the Filet-o-fish we received was very old and dry. I have had worse, but not by much.
The service was barely passable as service, and the employees acted like they really had better things to do and couldn't care less about their job or our order.
Horrible service. Food is always wrong.
