Consistently the slowest McDonald's in the state of Arkansas. They somehow manage to get something wrong every single time I come here. The food is only edible 1/10 visits. The inside is always dirty and covered in flies. The drive thru has a horrible pothole. The employees are clueless and rude. If there were an option for 0 stars I would've picked 0.

Not feeling good just wanted a burger the meat is dried out and hard! Should of gone to Sonic next time will pay a little more but at least I can eat it.

I don't even know why we keep coming here. Probably because this town is small and doesn't have many options and our daughter loves happy meals. The employees are always rude. The fries are always cold and taste like the fryer grease has never been changed. The sandwiches are always wrong. And we are never given the sauces that we ask for. Do better, McDonald's! Y'all aren't cheap anymore, prices have gone up. We deserve to get the food and service that we pay for. I'm also tired of hearing the employees talk about their personal lives every time I'm there ordering. They have so much drama behind that counter! I've been in the customer service business for a long time and that's just not acceptable.

This restaurant has horrible service the employees especially the manager with purple hair cannot conduct themselves appropriately or professionally. They are rude and hateful and should not be kept open. I think we should boycott this store.

Although a burger is a burger here, I really like the renovation of the interior. It has a cleaner look and the table service was a nice change. Very polite employees.
We ate inside and the tables had not been cleaned. It took about 10 minutes to get our order and it wasn't fresh.

I know nobody has high standards for fast food but your order should at least be correct. This McDonald’s is absolutely the slowest one I have ever been to. I don’t know if having two ordering lanes confused or overwhelms the employees taking the orders but it’s ridiculous. 9/10 times they have you pull up to a spot past the window so they can bring your order to you and it is ALWAYS wrong. You have to check your bags every single time. Any time I am missing items from my order, I have to go inside and wait at the counter forever before someone finally asks what I need. Once I tell them what I am missing, they argue about it and then start asking other employees to see if they put it in the bag. It’s extremely frustrating because you always hear them complaining about wanting to be paid more. You have to do the bare requirements of your job to even be considered for that and getting orders wrong every time is definitely not the way to accomplish that.
