We don’t have the money to eat out much so when we get to get pizza that isn’t frozen it’s a big deal. That being said the pizza there was cooked perfectly with the right amount of everything and the customer service at the window was all the right energy. Grateful for their service and will definitely be back

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for a while, usually later at night, and I’ve got to say… I’ve noticed a big difference recently. The pizzas are coming out hotter, fresher, and just better all around. There’s a lady with red hair who’s usually running things when I’m here, and ever since she’s been around and I’ve seen her there it feels like the whole store has leveled up. Not only is the food better, but the place seems a lot cleaner and more put together, even late at night when most places start to slip. It’s clear she takes real pride in what she does, and it shows in both the quality and the atmosphere. As a regular customer, I can honestly say she’s now the reason I will keep coming back. She’s literally always so happy and inviting when I come in. It makes it seem like no matter who walks in the door that she’s their best friend. If every Pizza Hut had someone like her running it, the whole brand would shine brighter.
We have always had a good experience when ordering from this location. My family is very fond of the thin crust and the breadsticks. Our orders are always ready at pick up time and hot out of the oven. Thank you Pizza Hut, you add that special touch to our family movie nights!!

I’m not sure what this Pizza Hut has changed in the last month or so, whether it was management, recipes, employees, etc., but the entire place seems to have flipped upside down and turned into a holy palace for Pizzas, wings, and more. I used to order a pizza from here maybe once every month or two. My girlfriend and I have now ordered 9 times in the last 5 weeks. The food has become so much better, I’d put it up against any pizza place in the entire south. I have also noticed the overall cleanliness of the store has gotten way better. Used to, when I walked into the store, my shoes made sticky noises as I walked. Now, I feel like I could drop my pizza directly on the floor, pick it up, and the pizza would somehow be cleaner afterwards. The staff is more welcoming and helpful than ever before. Whatever you’re doing, and whatever you’ve changed, Pizza Hut in Vilonia, you’re doing it right. This is now my favorite spot in town, and I’d recommend anyone to try it.
