Three times now me and my kids have come in towards the end of the night, and Dino and Casey are so kind, to the point where I asked for their names because of how pleasant they are. The best attitudes and hard workers. All three times I’ve come in they are so professional, positive, and helpful even when my kids are taking forever to make choices. They need to be recognized!

Normally I have no issues with service at this location, nor do I ever leave bad reviews, but tonight I received the rudest service I have ever received. To start off, I ordered online for pickup in store. I placed my online order at around 6:00 and it said the pickup time would be around 6:15. I only live about 5 minutes from the store, so I headed there and got there early, fully expecting to wait until 6:15, which was completely fine because once again-I was early. As soon as I walked in I stood by the mobile pickup shelf and the rude girl named Jadyn asked me if I was waiting for a mobile order and I said yes. She mumbled “what’s the name” and I didn’t hear her the first time so I asked “what was that” and she rudely responds “what’s the name” again. I told her and she goes “pickup time isn’t until 6:15” in the rudest tone and attitude. I just said okay. They got done with my food and she tossed it on the shelf without saying anything. I can handle if service workers aren’t enthusiastic (I get it, work sucks). But I cannot handle if they are flat out rude. If you are working in a customer service position and hate it so much to the point you are just flat out rude, then maybe find a job that doesn’t require customer service.

An employee walked out and quit when her and another long standing employee that were getting wrote up for taking food and not paying. No one spits in food which I am sure long standing customers could attest to the service they get. Disgruntled employee review is all it is

Staff is very rude. Never have orders ready by the time the app says it will be ready and when you come in to get it at the time it tells you to come in.. they catch a major attitude with you.
This is the worst Subway by far. For one they fire an employee with a 8 month child due to being petty over a free sandwich when all the other employees are allowed free food. It is completely uncalled for. For two there are employees there that spit in peoples food which is highly uncalled for. Being someone who works in food and has been a GM for fast food restaurants I know how to treat my employees and customers and they way they act towards their employees picking favorites and family members is completely stupid in my opinion. Get your priorities straight. So please avoid this Subway as much as you possibly can. Thank you all.

I’m usually a subway fan, but Can’t believe they aren’t doing the breakfast sandwiches here. Wouldn’t toast my flatbread sandwich either. Very disappointed.
