Don’t order delivery thru app. Food was stolen and their app is so buggy couldn’t submit a claim. They make good food but I have given up on their potato soft tacos. They usually overcook the potatoes for some reason.

My family and I came to have dinner. We ordered 3 $9 boxes. Though the service was fast, the food was pretty bare. Our tacos had very little in them. The quesadillas were pretty much all sauce. All trash cans inside and out were full. The drink station was nasty. There wasn’t a clean table to sit at.i saw at least 5 people all of which were standing around. One of the girls came into the lobby and was complaining to a customer who was seated right behind us about having to work there. An elderly man came in to order. Apparently no one is allowed to take your order. He was at the counter trying to place his order on the “register”. He asked for help several times and was given short responses and walked away from instead of being helped to place his order

The rice is almost never cooked. We went there tonight and in the photos below, you’ll see that the tortilla wasn’t even cooked and there was barely any filling inside the taco. I ordered the Cantina chicken rice bowl. and thought I was chewing my way through a bowl of chips. The rice wasn’t cooked at all. If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would.

I swing by here with my son between 3:15 to 3:45 some weekdays. The crew is always awesome. Unfortunately I don’t remember the ladies names who work the register but they’re awesome. Drew is amazing as well! I go out of my way to come here if I can.
This place been open a couple months but everytime I come in this place is out of Baja blast. I manage a restaurant myself and do the order, if I constantly run out of something I buy one more box of soda. Second I was trying to use the app and it would kick me out every time I went to check out asked the lady if there app was down and she said was my card. Then everything I order was more expensive because wasn’t through the app, and guess what wasn’t my card payment went through just fine at the window, so obviously was the app. Then told me i could leave a survey through receipt and was in the bag, there was no receipt. Thank you for the 3rd time this month of disappointment.

went there for lunch used the kiosk wanted to pay cash. no one acknowledged me as i stood at the counter. sat down and waited. not sure what positioned Danielle is but really slow and looked confused the entire time. finally got to pay, others came in ordered and paid, got their food first (?) i was told my order was on hold until payment, but again i say i paid way before them (?) took my dad to the car to sit until the food came as i went back in i slipped on the floor and fell got the food to go.. i don't think i will be back

I was Very Upset at Taco Bell, I had my 93 yr.ole Dad, and Mom 91, My dad is recovering from a Stroke, took Him to the RestRoom and their wasn't a Urinal for Him, or Bars for Him to hold on to! He couldn't hardly sit on the toilet which He couldn't pull Up on because His left hand is unmobilized, He fought in Vietnam 2yrs, Germany, and Korea, and It's sad that He can't go into a restroom without someone Helping Him, I've Always been a Taco Bell girl, Well after what I witnessed today I WILL NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL AGAIN! I WILL PASS ON MY EXPERIENCE TO OTHERS.
