My family and I came to have dinner. We ordered 3 $9 boxes. Though the service was fast, the food was pretty bare. Our tacos had very little in them. The quesadillas were pretty much all sauce. All trash cans inside and out were full. The drink station was nasty. There wasn’t a clean table to sit at.i saw at least 5 people all of which were standing around. One of the girls came into the lobby and was complaining to a customer who was seated right behind us about having to work there. An elderly man came in to order. Apparently no one is allowed to take your order. He was at the counter trying to place his order on the “register”. He asked for help several times and was given short responses and walked away from instead of being helped to place his order

The rice is almost never cooked. We went there tonight and in the photos below, you’ll see that the tortilla wasn’t even cooked and there was barely any filling inside the taco. I ordered the Cantina chicken rice bowl. and thought I was chewing my way through a bowl of chips. The rice wasn’t cooked at all. If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would.

I swing by here with my son between 3:15 to 3:45 some weekdays. The crew is always awesome. Unfortunately I don’t remember the ladies names who work the register but they’re awesome. Drew is amazing as well! I go out of my way to come here if I can.

This place been open a couple months but everytime I come in this place is out of Baja blast. I manage a restaurant myself and do the order, if I constantly run out of something I buy one more box of soda. Second I was trying to use the app and it would kick me out every time I went to check out asked the lady if there app was down and she said was my card. Then everything I order was more expensive because wasn’t through the app, and guess what wasn’t my card payment went through just fine at the window, so obviously was the app. Then told me i could leave a survey through receipt and was in the bag, there was no receipt. Thank you for the 3rd time this month of disappointment.

went there for lunch used the kiosk wanted to pay cash. no one acknowledged me as i stood at the counter. sat down and waited. not sure what positioned Danielle is but really slow and looked confused the entire time. finally got to pay, others came in ordered and paid, got their food first (?) i was told my order was on hold until payment, but again i say i paid way before them (?) took my dad to the car to sit until the food came as i went back in i slipped on the floor and fell got the food to go.. i don't think i will be back

I was Very Upset at Taco Bell, I had my 93 yr.ole Dad, and Mom 91, My dad is recovering from a Stroke, took Him to the RestRoom and their wasn't a Urinal for Him, or Bars for Him to hold on to! He couldn't hardly sit on the toilet which He couldn't pull Up on because His left hand is unmobilized, He fought in Vietnam 2yrs, Germany, and Korea, and It's sad that He can't go into a restroom without someone Helping Him, I've Always been a Taco Bell girl, Well after what I witnessed today I WILL NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL AGAIN! I WILL PASS ON MY EXPERIENCE TO OTHERS.
Losing money by not opening early. So much breakfast traffic out there. Especially with the high school students and teachers.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there’s an issue every single time I’ve been. But this is the final Time , I ordered on the app (surely they can read my order and not mishear me right?) In my order contained a Gordita crunch, with chicken instead of beef. Upon arriving home, I opened up what should have been the delicious Gordita crunch with chicken, to soak it in fire sauce. But what I come to find is just pure audacity. There was 0 , that’s right ZERO meat inside of this, Instead of putting the wrong meat atleast, they opted to put 0 meat. I understand this is tacobell, but when you drop 20.00 on food, you would atleast expect it to have all the ingredients.

Ordered two Mexican pizzas and they were disgusting. The tostadas were soggy and tasted like the most burnt oil I’ve ever put in my mouth. They were completely inedible. I’m not usually one to complain but I work in a restaurant and you can’t tell me that the oil in their fryer isn’t as black and burnt as you can get oil! There’s absolutely no way they didn’t know they were going to be disgusting. To me it’s not a big deal like I said I work in a restaurant things get overlooked it happens I wasn’t mad about it however I definitely wanted my money back seeing as they’re one of the most expensive items on the menu. The reason for the bad review is when I called to ask for a refund I explained that they were gross and wanted my money back and the answer I got was “that’s fine come and get it” and hung up on. How rude! I wasn’t rude I explained they were inedible and wanted a refund and that’s the response I got. No it wasn’t fine it was disgusting and like I said there’s no way you served that thinking they were going to taste even remotely good! Less than a month and this place is already serving trash. Change your nasty oil! Just ate Taco Bell from Cabot last week and it was a thousand percent better. Don’t waste your money just make the trip over to Cabot!

I'm so happy we have a Taco Bell. I have missed out on so many deals because I'm not going to drive to Conway for a $1 crunch wrap. Anyway this place is new and really nice.
