Love this food truck located in the heart Waldo. Great, personable, and friendly owners. Brisket was delicious, after all sampler we bought a pound of sliced to go. Will be back soon to try the other meats and sides. Thank you for the delicious treat!

I drive 200 miles one way just to get a brisket sandwich for them they're extremely good kind courteous best food around better than what I get in Hot Springs or Little Rock the life won't let me come visit and go back home without getting her brisket

Very good BBQ for a food truck in the parking lot of a tool store!Brisket was cooked to perfection. The ribs had good flavor just not much meat. Also tried the pulled pork and it was on point. Not sure if it's homemade BBQ sauce or not, but it's just okay.The sides were really good. You could make a meal out of the beans, potato salad and mac and cheese seemed to be homemade and was very good.They have a large menu that includes a chili dog which is what I want to try next! I bet the brisket nachos are very good! Can't wait to go back.
