Had Hart's provide brisket w/sides for an extended family Sunday lunch after a special occasion. They advised me on exactly how much I needed, when to pick it up, and how to warm the brisket while we were in church. Food was excellent. Got a customer for life here....

Love this food truck located in the heart Waldo. Great, personable, and friendly owners. Brisket was delicious, after all sampler we bought a pound of sliced to go. Will be back soon to try the other meats and sides. Thank you for the delicious treat!

I drive 200 miles one way just to get a brisket sandwich for them they're extremely good kind courteous best food around better than what I get in Hot Springs or Little Rock the life won't let me come visit and go back home without getting her brisket
