Horrible within the last 2 weeks I’ve had nothing bad experience with them. I’ve ordered from there 3x’s My first order was two deluxe quarter pounders and they was both raw ( I’m pregnant I can’t eat raw meat) we was the last costumers to order they said because they had to close early to have there vents cleaned August 23 my husband went to get me and my kids food are 20 piece chicken nuggets was old and cold we live 10 minutes from McDonald’s… Then today I went I had 3 drinks a coke,hiC and a Carmel macchiato She handed me my coke first left coke all in the lid so when she handed it to me it the coke that was left on the lid spilt all over my lap. Then I had to pull forward to wait on my food and I get to drinking my Carmel macchiato and it had chocolate syrup all in it all over the lid so I told them about it. The manager that I was complaining to said to keep it she would just make another one and bring it out to me to make up for all the soda being spilt all over me. They made her come back out and get it from me because they told her I wasn’t allowed to keep it and have another one made. I said that was fine but you go to any other McDonalds and they mess your order up they never take it back (is that like cross contamination) I don’t think that’s even supposed to be allowed taking food or drinks back. If you could just make it right the first time there would be no problem at all but it’s every time I go to WALDRON McDonald they always having you pull forward with no cars behind you or in front of you.

This drive through is terrible. I have left from this restaurant more than once without ordering. It took 10 to 15 minutes just to place my order and there was only one vehicle in front of me. Once I got to the intercom, I still had to wait over 5 minutes just to give them my order. Of course true to McDonald's way of doing things, my fries were cold and my order was wrong. I did not order anything extra or different, just a meal. I did not take it back because I was running late at that point. This particular McDonald's does this every single time you go through their drive-thru in the afternoon. Their morning team is actually pretty good. I wish management would let the morning crew train the afternoon people.

I knew I should have been suspicious when my order was out so quickly. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and got one with bacon and cheese instead. How do you mess that up
Worst place to go to it takes them 20 minutes to answer the damn drive.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Every time it's something or other with them. Placed a mobile order & after I got there the guy practically threw the food at me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I got my drink....it's a mobile order so of course I didn't get my drink.
This is why I rather go to Sonic than here. At least with Sonic they are consistent, pleasant, & politely hand you your food.

Everytime we visit drive through half screen don't work after you pay they make you park in curbside pick up to falsifying there drive through time and you wait 15 min out more for food that's not fast food drive through if I must add. Then food is either cold or not right after waiting then no napkins ever...you call and complain and manager always has excuses for corporate timer that is false document to cooperate.then if you're food is wrong like I ask no onion due to allergies there onion on burger not going to wait 15 more min for them to fix it sad they can't run a store the way it should be maybe owner should get new manager so upsetting when you just want to grab a quick bit to eat headed to work
