It’s awful single time I come to this McDonald’s it’s disgusting inside, which wouldn’t be bad if any other part of the experience was good, but unfortunately that it’s the case. Every order is wrong or if it’s not wrong it will just be burn like it’s day in the heater part for to long. The management team are extremely rude with every visit because they are upset that you want your food made correctly. Honestly everything about this store should start over because it’s absolutely insane how much everyone messes up the simplest of places orders. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately that can’t happen.

The guy in the mornings named Brandon need to be in charge, it’s a night a day difference when he’s there amazing service and fast. When he’s gone i hear everyone at work complaining about how long it takes etc. hire Brandon as manager and make Waldron McDonalds great again.

The service is pitiful. There's a guy who works in the mornings who is upbeat & excellent with customers, especially kids. Always funny & kind. He is the only good thing about this location. There is an evening manager who needs to find a new job not dealing with the public. She is rude. I walked in to her talking crap about me to the other employees bc there was an issue with my order in the drive thru. She was beyond unhelpful & walked off instead of helping me. A high school aged guy came up & helped me & fixed it. The food is usually wrong and cold. Ive sat in the drive thru for well over 20 mins multiple times. Do NOT let them park you or you will never get your food.

I would say you pay for what you get, but here you don't even get that. I ordered a burger with extra pattys on it so it was like 4 dollars more I get the food and was a plain burger. Not to mention the never give the sauces for your chicken nuggets so you have pay for extra

They refused to add pickles on my snack wrap, even though I order it that way every time I go there - same location. Stated that “they can’t add pickles”, like, why??? Is there some kind of rule about pickles. I know they have a *special request* button. Not my fault the employees don’t care enough to learn their own system or to even communicate and ask for help to make the accommodation. The chicken tender was also old, hard, and looked burned.
