This is the worst McDonald's ever. Every time it's something or other with them. Placed a mobile order & after I got there the guy practically threw the food at me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I got my drink....it's a mobile order so of course I didn't get my drink. This is why I rather go to Sonic than here. At least with Sonic they are consistent, pleasant, & politely hand you your food.

Everytime we visit drive through half screen don't work after you pay they make you park in curbside pick up to falsifying there drive through time and you wait 15 min out more for food that's not fast food drive through if I must add. Then food is either cold or not right after waiting then no napkins ever...you call and complain and manager always has excuses for corporate timer that is false document to cooperate.then if you're food is wrong like I ask no onion due to allergies there onion on burger not going to wait 15 more min for them to fix it sad they can't run a store the way it should be maybe owner should get new manager so upsetting when you just want to grab a quick bit to eat headed to work

I order a simple mc chicken and mcdouble and they couldn't even get that right.i got two mc chickens dried.they need all new crew and way better management. Ridiculous if u can't even get a simple order correct. Happens often like they have no pride or care for there jobs.

I tried to order a McChicken and small fry deal for 250 also the Mc double and small fry for , $3. They charged me $339 for each then would not explain why and refused to give me what I ordered. The manager in there was horrible she was yelling she was cursing all I wanted was my dollar and change the day overcharged me. It seemed like she took offense for me calling them out for overcharging. I think I busted her out. I have reported her to McDonald's corporate

Online it says 5-12am. If you aren’t open at 12am you need to have it updated online. I came through the drive through at 11:45pm and no one answered me for 10 minutes, I pulled to the window just to ask if i could get my order taken or not (i would have been fine with any answer) but i was ignored, the worker just looked at me and went back to whatever she was doing. The automatic voice that asks if you're using the mobile app should also not be working if you are really closed it gives off the wrong impression. Change the hours if its wrong. Or at least have your employees assist someone at the window and not let them sit at the order spot forever thinking the place is open.
