Drive through..they pulled us up to wait on 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of fries..4 cars behind us got their food before we did, and 2 employees went to their personal vehicles with takeout before we got our food. Customer service definitely needs some improvement.

One of the worst McDonalds ever. The last 2 times my order was wrong, forgot something. This time our fries were ice cold. There have been numerous times before where things were wrong. It only seems to happen at dinner time.

Damn near had to hold them at gunpoint for my hash brown they forgot ? brought all the bags back in and receipt. Didn't get the hash browns I ordered. Had to send my husband in to handle it bc the manager insisted she put it in the bag...lady it wasn't there offered her to check my truck and everything. It was Christmas Eve I had just drove 2 and half hours in the pouring rain why TF would I want to get in an argument over a stupid hash brown. All they had to do was give me the hash brown they forgot. And the day could've continued. Instead the manager wanted to yell and holler at me that she put it in the bag. Like listen I don't want to be here I want to be at my destination I just drove forever to get to, you may have put a hash brown in someone else's bag but it wasn't in mine ? whoever owns that McDonald's, train your employees again.

McDonald's used to be somewhat decent back in the day. Now they are over priced and horrible. To be fair though all fast food restaurants have turned to complete shit. If I'm going to pay high prices for a burger, fries and a Coke, I will go to Baileys Dairy Treat or King Kone in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Actually, both places have pretty decent prices for the high quality of food and the service that they give support your local mom and pop restaurants make the fast food chains go broke.

Love coming here after school and before practicing, amazing place to just chill and talk to friends. Only con is lots of people like to stea when it's packed.

Service is bad slow the window is always backed up to the road and you can't get a mobile order because they fill their spots with the people that was just at the window major inconvenience
