The cooks Always cook the bacon for too long. When I bite into my burger It shouldn't feel I'm eating peanut brittle because the bacon is so hard.

We weren’t able to eat our cheeseburgers because the meat tasted rancid and there was enough mustard on them for 3 burgers, the fries were cold and very greasy and the drink order was not correct. We would have asked for our money back but had already left.

Multiple times we have ordered from here. Every time there is something wrong with our order. This past Monday was the most recent order. For myself I ordered the double cheeseburger with large tator tots instead of fries and a large drink, no ice. My wife had a very similar order. I said no ketchup or mustard and did the heavy mayo. They added mustard to the burger. And the tots were cold and soaked in grease. Soaked so much that they were all clumped together into a single clump. Over the past few years it has been a consistent issue with these things. This Sonic is in desperate need of major improvements.
My husband and I have gone there multiple times and didn't get the discount when using the app. Finally got tired of it and called the manager and let her know. She said there isn't anything they can do, and for me to call and complain to corporate. No ma'am, you are the manager... You take responsibility and make the call and fix it! That tells me it's happening on purpose.Both my husband and I will let everyone know what has been happening and suggest they not go there.
