Stopped by this restaurant for lunch and left disappointed. I used the app to order and made some customizations to my order. I received it and my customizations were not done correctly and unfortunately I could not eat my food and by the time I found out, I was too far away to turn back. Typical McDonald's really, I would choose something else if I could.

If you have eaten McDonald's at one drive through don't mean you have eaten at them all,for shure, the first one going towards hill top comeing from bono is never getting the order right,I don't know why getting a plain hamburger is so hard to accomplish there.but this one here always gets it right. Good job.

Placed mobile order online, missing half my order, instead of wanting to go all the way across town again I asked for a refund for a card mobile order and I still have to go back up there??? Some way to make customers happy, wouldn’t go here for your McDonald’s this isn’t the first time I’ve been missing items.
