Ordered a large (regular) coffee been setting at the third window for 20 minutes. Waited at the drive through menu for at least 10 minutes, nobody came in so pulled up and told them my order. Now I'm at the third window.. Three cars then left with food and all I ordered was a coffee

The food is good but I've had past issues with the service. I've had items missing or made wrong plenty of times but they are always quick to fix their mistakes. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. Basically just double check your order before you leave.

I don’t what has happened to this McDonalds! It used to be one of the best in NEA but now, I would feed it to my dog! Fries are ALWAYS undercooked, never has hot mustard, and if you don’t order a quarter pounder good luck getting the fresh taste!

Curb side pick up had to go in for my order everyone standing around up front made eye contact didn't offer assistance until I starting waves my hands fries were cold didn't receive half the order correctly or warm and had to go back for a second time to get the rest double checked the bag and it still wasn't done correctly
Every time I go through the drive-thru they make my order wrong.

Not all that great,management has dropped the ball on not only the company,but the counter level employees. They won't let them get ahead as far as promotion wise,40 hr was? Forget it,that way the don't have to pay company insurance. That's crazy.

I am still wondering what the point is of this un-fast food chain store is. You are lucky if they are open on time, the food takes forever, and they all but throw it out the window at you. They should fire the management staff and maybe the service will get better.
