Not sure why, but recently I have been completely unable to use the points I've earned on the app at this store. I have been charged multiple times for items that are supposed to be covered by points. If for whatever reason this store doesn't want to participate in this, unregister this store with the app.
Pizza Hut in walnut ridge is my family’s favorite place to do pizza, it’s always hot and fresh. The work establishment is always clean. The workers there are always friendly And very respectful.
For the night of April 23rd of 2025, around 8:20ish? : I am a student at the local college, enduring finals week, a lot of anxiety and a ton of pressure. I ordered my usual thing, a large meat lovers with stuffed crust. When I called to place my order, the guy who would also cook my food took my number and immediately said that he liked that sequence of numbers. I laughed of course, because that was funny. He sympathized with the finals situation and talked me into getting a really good cheesy stuffed crust that had three different ranch dressings to dip. His overall attitude made me feel a lot less anxious about the coming exams, he was super cool, and I ended up with the best pizza that I will be ordering from now on. I don't know his name, but it would be a crime to not give him a raise, a promotion, at least a bonus. 5/5, absolutely will dine again. Never had a problem with the service, but this guy specifically made my week.
Over all great service made in a timely manner and qood quality definitely the better then the local dominoes
Very poor customer service. They can't read to make a order right. Then call you a lair and hung up on you. Manager included. They need to shut the pos down
This team at the Walnut Ridge, AR is always courteous and very attentive. They make sure you’re taking care of and don’t hesitate when you are needing assistance. Very good Puzza and is always fresh with every order! Great place
Ordered on app - chose classic marinara; when got home - pizza had spicy marinara - mgr refused to correct their mistake - never eat there again. Poor management - this isn’t the first time this has happened. This is why reviews show only 3.6 stars on average.
I ordered 2 pizzas breas sticks and chicken wings.1 pizza did not have and sauce on it is guess they must of been in a hurry. Both pizzas that were ordered was over baked. The bread sticks were good and so was the hot wings. But it was the pizzas that we mainly wanted was very dusappointed.
Order pizza said it would take them 50 minutes then ended up taking over a hour. When I try to call to check on my order they would pick up then immediately hang up on me. Ended up having to go up there and get my self because they wouldn’t take the time to stay on the phone. They hung up on me three different times. This is unacceptable for a business. They should care about their customers more.

Old salad bars covered with tablecloth with supplies stacked on it and an empty area that once served dinners is what greets you. The counter shows the open kitchen. My Buffalo style boneless wings tasted like vinegar and my pizza was just ok only the sausage was good. Not sure if they changed their crust but it just wasn't the same. Won't go back to this location and understand now why the parking lot was empty.
