Used the app to order , checked in and waited 35-40 min and ask one of the workers what the problem was , she stated they were behind , finally gave up n went thru the drive thru and ask for my money back and was told that they would take care of it , waited for a while. They came back, handed me a piece of paper and said the money was back on my card, I left. It has been two days later and the money has not been put back on my card , I guess I get to chalk this one up to experience!

I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. I waited 20 minutes. They came very melted, so I asked to get new ones. 2 more were brought to my vehicle, but it looked like the same cups. They weren't new ones. Chocolate was smeared on the sides. Upon eating them,there was very hard chocolate in the bottom of the cups that couldn't be eaten. Definitely NOT worth the cost.

Go here every day for my morning drink. There is rarely a wait, staff is always polite, there is a playground for the kids, and the app is actually worth it if you like drinks.

Without a doubt the absolute worst service in drive-through that I have ever experienced. The number one car only had two drinks and it took them over 10 minutes to get them their order! The operating partner/owner came out and apologize but really did nothing to help the overall situation! That's how she's running that business there's really no need to go there!
I would prefer going during the day shift. They seem to have no trouble getting orders out timely and correctly, even during rush hour. Carhops are nice and always smiling.

Food was cold late and incorrect i ordered a foot long chesse couny and got chilli cheese tots and tater tots on the side mozeralla sticks was cold and no sauce very disappointed wont be back

One day my girlfriend wanted some ice cream to ease her sore foot. We went to Sonic in Walnut Ridge to get a sundae and it was very good. Caley brought us our food and she was so nice that my girlfriend's foot started to feel better. My only complaint is this Sonic doesn't always let me get five cups of ice. I love crunchin on that ice it helps my anemia brings me joy. Promote Caley and give me more ice and I will give six stars. Thx.
