Everytime service is very slow. This time I ordered online waited 10 min past to get there and still waited 5 minutes. For the wrong burgers, went back they remade the cheeseburger with 2 pickles, 1 tomato and almost no onion or lettuce.

Used the app to order , checked in and waited 35-40 min and ask one of the workers what the problem was , she stated they were behind , finally gave up n went thru the drive thru and ask for my money back and was told that they would take care of it , waited for a while. They came back, handed me a piece of paper and said the money was back on my card, I left. It has been two days later and the money has not been put back on my card , I guess I get to chalk this one up to experience!

I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes.
I waited 20 minutes. They came very melted, so I asked to get new ones. 2 more were brought to my vehicle, but it looked like the same cups. They weren't new ones. Chocolate was smeared on the sides.
Upon eating them,there was very hard chocolate in the bottom of the cups that couldn't be eaten. Definitely NOT worth the cost.
